Tosaria Restaurant/Cafe

A really good variety of dishes to choose from with the service being prompt and polite. Our meals were generous but somewhat average and a little disappointing. Our phone reservation was not to be found on their records but luckily a table was available for us and our other guests.

A good local Restaurant that serves good food with easy parking out front or in car park beside Restaurant. Service was very good, it can be quite noisy when full as the tiled floors do not absorb any noise. They do have nightly specials that include a glass of Wine. Recommend for a casual night out with friends or family.

Great environment to bring family and friends. They also have separate room for big party like anniversary or birthdays.
The food are also good and delicious.
Friendly staff and excellent service.

A huge thank you to William and the team for making my daughter's 1st birthday a huge success. They were flexible, great communication and so helpful every step of the way, working with us and our suppliers for for decoration and play equipment setup and removal. The food was delicious and the guests left the party full. We will definitely be back! I've also had friends now asking about the restaurant and venue because of how beautiful it looked once decorated.

Excellent food, but disappointing to find out on our arrival that there was only Cafe seating, as on previous occasions we have had seating in a more restaurant style area, this apparently now only being used for functions. The cafe lighting is too bright and does not lend itself to a relaxed dining experience.

The format has changed, no more quick take away. The Pad Thai Prawn I ordered tasted ok but the serving was a bit small for $16, the picture doesn't show it but it's equivalent to a small Chinese rice bowl of serving.

Had a wonderful lunch for my Aunt's 99th birthday. Service, food and atmosphere was great.thank you to all the staff especially Will who made it all so easy.:)

A marvelous restaurant in the middle of industrial buildings. A gem indeed. A fusion restaurant founded by an Indonesian with interesting history. The food was simply amazing and above expectation. The salad accompaniment was good too. They were that good that all done with 20 minutes. Glad to know such a place around my area.

Fantastic food and service. A cute little cafe in the back streets of roseville. A good variety of food to that suits everyone. Highly recommend

Stopped in while I was working to get some brunch, got a coffee and bacon and egg roll, was awesome and staff were so friendly! Will be back:)

Food was great! I had the bento box for breakfast. The skin of the salmon was nice and crispy. The waiter was absolutely lovely and very attentive

My wife and I have dined here several times. The food staff and ambience have been consistently excellent.

What a hidden gem near the industrial party of Rowville! Superb food, super-attentive service and a fabulous atmosphere. Will definitely be back.

Place was pretty empty when we were there. People that served us were very nice! Food was ok, I had the zucchini and corn fritters which were ok, the relish tasted like Masterfoods tomato relish (really sweet). My boy had the kids schnitzel and chips which was HUGE (not complaining lol) and real chicken!

Lovely Staff. Great service. Went on a Thursday night, which is parma night. Australian cuisine & lots of pasta dishes. Very generous servings. Lovely atmosphere. Well worth a visit.

We booked a table for Valentine's Day & I was pleasantly surprised at how incredibly delicious it was.

Every single thing my family & I ate was an EXPLOSION of flavor in our mouths.right down to the selections on the kids menu & desserts. This is definitely a secret hidden treasure. I'm sooooo glad we found this place!

Not only that but the service alone, was exquisite. The people there were extremely-friendly with beautiful magnificent smiles to welcome you in. And the prices were very affordable.

"Tosaria" is literally THE BEST restaurant I've eaten at in all of Australia. It is so rare to find great quality food with excellent service & an elegant ambiance to boot. You won't be disappointed. I recommend to everyone. We will DEFINITELY be coming back! Wow!

High value, cheap, can accommodate larger groups as well. Calamari was fresh and crumbed not frozen fare. Chai latte left a bit to be desired but overall a good place tucked in factory zone

A hidden gem. Good ambience and very friendly staff. Meals are excellent with a great choice and good wines to accompany them (if required). Desserts are full of flavour and round the meal off well.
Only negative is the limited opening time from 11.30 - 3pm.

Very nice place to eat, hidden away in an industrial area but well worth finding it. Very good service an a good menue. Opens for lunch and dinner. Plenty of parking. Well worth a visit.

A band called Escalera played really well, food was nice and enough space for dancing.we had a great night
