Remote place serving Asian food of all sorts. Cosy family style business with tasty food. Popular amongst locals.

Nice place. Didn't take to food well. Asian, break down food. Was OK. There is a few other dishes. Good portions. Area to sit outside if the music is too loud.

We were hungry, saw this on the map for a chicken parma search.
Went there, on a Friday night when the restaurant was full with customers with either a birthday party or a party going on, lots of tables and we were told that the kitchen is closed at ‘8.30’ pm.
On a Friday night when there usual timings are till 10.00 pm.
Not sure why we were treated that way. Either a racist thing or might be the truth. Not happy with the treatment.

Amazing food, great service, prices and value offers were exceptional, eg, glass of wine, soft drinks or fresh juice with in house meal specials. I will go bck again as a result of our experience.

WHAT A WONDERFUL SURPRISE! We are not familiar with this area. This Asian oriented restaurant (located in the middle of a predominantly industrial precinct) was recommended to us by a local. The staff were very friendly. The waiter had a good knowledge of the menu items' ingredients. We ordered Gyoza, Tosaria Cheicken and Grilled Chicken. Superbly presented and simply delicious! We certainly did not anticipate such a good culinary establishment here. Recommended for a SURPRISINGLY GOOD luncheon treat. We shall return.

The banana bread was rather dry and overpriced and some butter would have been nice to moisten the bread. The staff were very friendly. May i suggest some ready to toast toasties for a quick takeaway. Plenty of parking and available tables.

Used the function room for my grandsons Christening as always the music was loud for me but surrounded by family n friends it was s good experience

They have live music on the weekend where you can see local artists. Enjoy the evening with a decent meal and entertainment.
It's in an industrial estate where you would not expect to see something like this.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Tosaria Cafe in Rowville and I must say, it was a delightful experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm and friendly service, which continued throughout my entire visit.

The menu at Tosaria Cafe offers a great variety of options, including Japanese Bento, Indonesian Rendang and Italian foods. I decided to try the seafood and chicken bento. The portion size was generous and it tasted great too.

The atmosphere of the restaurant is cozy and inviting, with comfortable seating and very big space for function.

In addition to the food and atmosphere, the service at Tosaria Cafe was top-notch. The staff were attentive and helpful, without being intrusive, and they ensured that my dining experience was enjoyable from start to finish.

Had a group of 28 people eat here. They kept up the orders very well and split the bills. Everyone loved the food.

Staff and service was good.
My reason for not giving 5 stars is because the smoothie I ordered was not pleasant at all. It was called little spicy but the mix wasn't good at all. When my daughter tasted it she agreed as well. So when I mentioned to the staff I did get a different drink but was still charged for a non drinkable drink and at $9.00 I thought this was poor service.
My main course was lovely my daughter had the Bento Box which was good and the kids fish and chips and salad looked tasty too.
As I said the staff were friendly and the venue was clean.

Enjoyed a lovely birthday lunch in a spacious private room. Banquet food was delicious and plentiful. Staff were friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

Nice little place out of the way in the industrial area. Not somewhere many people would drive past and see. Worth checking out for dinner. Good menu with daily specials depending what night it is. Friendly staff. Deserves more attention than it would get.

First time here and had the best salad I've ever had, spicy beef salad, delicious. My husband said the parma was really good too. Friendly service, will definitely be back and recommend to others!

Been going to Tosaria for over 15 years and have never had an unpleasant experience. Food is always of superior quality, staff is most friendly and the venue is clean and located in a non busy spot. Absolutely love Tosaria

One of the best restaurants in Rowville. Great coffee, very reasonable priced food with generous portion and decent quality. The waiting staffs are very welcoming.
