We were very happy with the rejuvenation of our roof by Top Glaze. They were very professional and did an excellent job. Their quality control was very good. The tradesmen were efficient and friendly and went out of their way to please. The office staff were also great and made us feel comfortable and valued. The roof looks quite excellent and our neighbours are pretty impressed also. We would certainly recommend Top Glaze to anyone.

Great job fixing our roof in September. Excellent customer service face-you-face and over the phone. Really thorough explanation of the job before hand and then really friendly and professional guy who carried out the work. We had quite a lot of cracks and a couple of holes and the guy even fixed some panels on the side of our balcony and also a leaky gutter.
Very pleased with the work and would highly recommend.

Great job of pointing and bedding under terrible weather conditions. Kept me updated with what was happening and the tradesman was very polite and took pride in his work. Even came back for an extra day because he was not happy with a small area of pointing.

Top Glaze provides easy quoting and gave us 20% discount. All communications were friendly and easy to reach. Installation ontime and the tradesmen has done the job and sent me photos after finish. I didnot need to worry and spent time to attend the installation. It was easy process without hassle. Great work.

I had all my guttering replaced in the preferred colourbond colour of my choice and was going to get all my fascias all replaced due to being old, but after talking to the sales rep he recommended getting fascia covers instead and I also got them to put gutter guarding too. When they came to install the guttering and fascia covers the man was very professional removed all old guttering downpipes and disposed of them! Then a week or so later another man came to place all the gutter guarding around the house.

I haven't actually used this company, but just wanted to say, if all their employee's are like the one I met in my local shopping centre, then this business are full of genuine, helpful caring people, who aren't just there to make a buck.

I had 2 kids under 4 with me, it was lunch time and the food shopping had taken far longer than i had wanted. My 15mth old was beyond tired, hungry and screaming in the trolley, which in turn was upsetting his 4yr old brother. I was trying to get the shopping scanned and paid for ASAP, when a lovely gentleman from a pop up stall for Top Glaze roofing systems came over and started entertaining my children.

He drew both my boys a picture on the back of his quote request cards (a dinosaur and a cat). He didn't push his business upon me, he just saw a mum struggling and came to help. So Thank you! I will be recommending your business to any of my friends who need it. So nice to see a genuine, caring business!

We were very happy with the friendly professional people and work performed. We learned about Top Glaze at Chirnside Park. We had Rod drop around to quote and the lovely Ashley came to clean the gutters and install the gutter guard. We were impressed when they told us we didn’t need to have the ehole roof done as we only had trees at the front and side. Very happy

Utilised the services of Top Glaze Roofing to repair damaged tiles, clean roof tiles and maintenance to roof area. The work was completed professionally, timely and they kept me informed of progress prior to and during the work. Quality of work was high and met our requirements.

We had Top Glaze roofing complete our roof and gutters in Feb. We had a few issues along the way but it was all rectified. They did state during our quote that they were 100% in-house and didn't use contractors but we did find out they sourced contractors for the gutters. That was a bit disappointing as they didnt do the job correctly and it needed to be fixed multiple times.
The roof was perfect and the roof tiler was professional and very friendly. We have been happy with the job so far. Yet to tell what the quality is like but time will tell.

These people are the real deal. Rod is a roofing expert! He has been able to fix what another roofing company tried to do countless times! I have no hesitation recommending Top Glaze Roofing to everybody and anybody. They are fair, honest and courteous. Rock on roofers!
