We would like to express our sincere appreciation and gratitude to Top Glaze Roofing Systems and their amazing team for restoring our cement tiled roof. From a very tired, cracked and weather- beaten look, it has been transformed into a modern and attractive feature of our home. It looks amazing now. From the sales representative to the installation (& removal) of safety rails, the pressure cleaning, rebedding, pointing, replacing cracked tiles, painting and the installation of metal leaf guards were carried out in a most professional manner. All tradesmen were very meticulous in their work and took so much pride in what they were doing. We were most appreciative of how they left the site each day, cleaning up and removing any rubbish. The personal approach and friendly manner of all the Top Glaze staff was also was a big positive and gave us so much confidence.

The initial quote by the salesman was informative and was very patient to explain what is to be done.
The job was well done and the site was left neat and tidy everyday they were on site.

Great work top job, Professional Business with good tradesmen done a full job on our roof with some timber work, guttering and downpipes, repointing the tiles and replacing any broken tiles then repainting.they left the site clean and tidy taking all rubbish away

Easy to get hold of and where prompt with the first inspection. The extent of the damage to the roof was explained in easy to understand detail and what was needed was detailed. Work began when they advised it would and was completed quickly and cleanly. Overall work is good and to high standard.

I am very happy with the prompt service and completion of roof repairs, recently done on my roof. Top Glaze communicated well, indicating when each stage of the job was going to be done. Unfortunately at this stage I could not afford a re paint, and look forward to dealing with them in future when I am in a position to get it done.

We are very happy with both the results and the professional and friendly service of Top Glaze staff. The repair work to the broken tiles and capping was thorough and the job was completed quickly. We love the new colour it has totally transformed and refreshed the look of our older house. We requested a small additional paint area to be done at short notice and they were happy to do this included in the price.

Great job, no fuss
We decided that our roof needed some attention as it started leaking in some places, and bits of tile were falling off in others. We did the usual searching on the internet, asking friends and neighbours who have had a renovation done for a recommendation. I checked product review and found some worrying comments from my short list. While perusing the reviews one company stood out with a many 5 out of 5 very positive reviews, that company was Top Glaze Roofing.

So I contacted the company and requested a quote, a time was arranged. As planned the representative arrived and after a brief introduction was asked if I knew of any problems with the roof, which was noted, he then thoroughly inspected and measured the roof area, taking photos which he later showed me, as he went along. After this inspection he conferred with other specialists over the phone, and then completed the quote which I accepted on the spot.
The technicians were excellent in communicating times and work with us, and arrived at the specified time to replace extensive damaged flashing. Others phoned to make a time to install safety rails and yet more phoned to make a time to do the tile repairs and replacements. They replaced damaged tiles and re-pointed and repaired the roof, installed new valleys and on the last day the completed the sealer. They even left a supply of spare tiles to cover future repairs. Altogether an excellent job.

The whole process was a joy rather than a worry all staff were friendly and highly motivated to do an excellent job rather than just a job. At the end of each day all cleaning up was done as was the removal of any waste.

I would have no hesitation in recommending Top Glaze, I just feel sorry for my one neighbour who paid top dollar and only got minimum.

Top Glaze Roofing Systems did a great job! I particularly appreciated the good communication between the tradesman and myself. I think the light colour of the paint may reflect some of the extreme summer heat which is a bonus! I also very much appreciated the Spinaway (whirly gig) installed on the roof which vents the superheated air out of the roof cavity and into the atmosphere. Kaye Wright

Great Service and communication
The initial quote was friendly and gave us all the detail we needed about the job. The workmanship was first class including attending to concerns about a guttering issue even though the gutters were not a part of the job. Communication throughout was excellent and clean up was promptly attended to. Overall a very pleasant experience, Thanks.
