Expensive pricing, have to come back and pick up the second day.
Rude attitude when you ask question regarding possible defective alteration. For example, I asked "what if this fixing breaks in the future, can i come back and repair? " They said "it will definately not happen, that is non-sense"

Shocking experience. I dropped off my $400 brand new dress to get shortened. On the day of collection I arrived to be told that they lost the measurements and that they called me to tell me to come again. I checked my phone and they tried to call me half an hour earlier? I turned up a week later and the alteration was great however I noticed a big stain at the back of my dress. First they tried to tell me it was already there which it wasn't. Then they took it upon themselves to dry clean it. Again the day I was supposed to collect it they told me the stain didn't come out and when do i need the dress by again? Seeing this was 2 days before the wedding I had to collect the dress. I went to pick it up and they told me to come back at 4.00pm? They could have told me that over the phone? When i finally picked it up the lady was rude and couldn't wait to get me out of the shop. I wanted to tell all the customers there not to use their service but decided against it. Terrible place.

I collected my coat to find the zip had been broken. They refused to take responsibility for this and refused even a partial refund so I could get it fixed elsewhere. Yes I now have a clean coat but both staff members have very very poor customer service skills, leaving me standing in the shop for 20 minutes without resolving the issue.

Mahyo always sees this shop at Southern Cross but has never thought of stepping in. It is so random. People go to clothing places not the station for clothing requirements. Mahyo believes in owning own washing machine instead of taking suits and laundry from Werribee on the train to wash in Southern Cross station. Detergent is the best. Without it we will struggle to wash clothes. 5 stars for technology. Mahyo used to be Pharoh.

The best service I've ever had

I used them once before and they were fine. I needed some trousers taken up and came on a Saturday (hours state 11am to 4pm) at 12: 15 and they were closed. The sign said they would return at 12: 25. I waited until 12: 30, but still closed. I took a walk and came back at 12: 40, still closed; did some shopping and came back at 1pm, still closed. This is very poor service so I will take my business elsewhere.

Some of the worst customer service I have received in a very long time. Reminds me of being in Russia.
