Horrible customer service - rude and unprofessional staff.
Went to this place for the first (and last) to get my dresses dry cleaned a couple of weeks ago. The young lady who served me at the time was lovely. But when I went to pick up my dresses today, an middle aged lady that served me was rude and hostile because I didn’t bring the ticket. She repeatedly yelled at me to give her the ticket that I don’t have, after I told her 3 times I do not have any ticket and asked her to look me up using other details, she let out a massive sigh and asked me to bring the ticket in a demeaning tone - I believe this is probably because they were closing soon and she already turned off the computer and now had to turn it back on. First, I was not given any ticket whatsoever. All my details were entered into a computer by the young lady so I thought maybe they don’t need a ticket, hence I didn’t ask for 1. Second, even if the customer doesn’t have the ticket for whatever reason - it is extremely unacceptable to yell at a customer like that. Last, yes I understand it’s annoying to turn the computer back on when you already shut everything. But it’s still 10 more mins before the closing time so you are technically still in business - and it took you 10 seconds at most to locate me and my dresses.
An ok experience start that turned into a horrible experience at the end. Needless to say I will never come back and will not recommend my friends that live nearby to come here either.

I called to find out how much they will charge to shorten a dress. I was told by someone who could hardly speak English that they don't do that type of work. How did they get good reviews I wonder. Hilarious situation when people who do alterations can't shorten a dress

I had a urgent graduation gown that needed mending it was fixed within 30 mins of calling! Excellent service.

These tailors have amazing service and are so accomodating, they do an amazing job and I highly recommend them to anyone.

I had an important job interview the next morning and the lovely tailors worked overtime to tailor my suit which required a very difficult alteration in order to be ready the same night. They are total professionals and are very skilled at what they do. I highly recommend their services.

Very misleading. Pant hemming costs $14 each, is a private business in an apartment on the 19th floor. Keep away.

It was my first time here and not bad. When I sent my cloth to a dry cleaner, I expected all dirt was removed but it wasn’t. I should have told what I want exactly.

I brought a worn out hoody to this place to fix its sleeves. My sleeves were completely destroyed and there were holes. After the altercation, my hoody looked brand new and I was surprised by the technique they used. Magic! Highly recommend this place to anyone.:)

Sorry, it was so good that I didn't have time for pictures. Tasty Indian food for very reasonable prices. Yes, it can be spicy, but that is why it is authentic. We will be back.
