Toorak Medical Centre is a hub of incredible doctors and other medical staff, unique in the way they treat, care and look after their patients. The services of the clinic and doctors to the patients are second to none. My doctor, the prominent GP I have met is Doctor Smith. He saved me while I was in the hospital with a severe stroke and cared for me since. An erudite (breaking in French now and again), an encyclopedic and inquisitive mind not leaving any stone unturned and nothing to chance. Doctor Smith is not only an experienced and knowledgeable doctor but also an individual with the highest ethics as a doctor and human being. His approach towards his patients is gentle, you feel that you are not just a name on the list but a universe and he is there to help you get better, no matter the length of his search. Each of his words and manners gives you strength and confidence that you are in good hands and things are only to get better. Consequently, he is backed by the most brilliant medical minds of specialists in Melbourne. What is also amazing is that he is always there to help. In a time of pandemic when people die in hospital for not being attended, Doctor Smith manages to see you. From the kindest receptionist ever to the doctors and nurses (the blood tests are done on the premises), your prescription is sent to the Pharmacy next door and next day you have your medicine in the mailbox. The clinic and the doctors seem to be far ahead of time, in a dreamed and desired future of humanity.

A very professional, friendly and amenable clinic. I have been looking for a new medical clinic after my own GP of 30 years had retired. I found the Toorak Medical Clinic when we had a hand laceration and in need of a GP very quickly. They just squeezed us in whereas other clinics I contacted were most unhelpful. The clinic has a "can do" approach in a very welcoming manner. I felt very at ease with the medical team. I am definitely moving to them as my new GP's.

Over the past ten years, I have been treated by several Podiatrists and Lachlan Keith provided the most thorough clinical assessment ever. He was friendly, approachable and very knowledgeable. He wasn't rushed and was incredibly professional. I now have more insight into what has been happening with my feet and why. He provided treatment which gave me instant relief and almost one week late, I am still pain free! Thank you Lachlan.

Our family is visiting Toorak Medical centre from past 8 years. Dr Smith is the best GP we have seen. He is highly knowledgeable and thorough in analysing the problem. He is very caring and also comforts children by creating humour. We sincerely thank TMC for all the health care they have been providing.

Doc Smith is great. He is without doubt, the most thorough and competent GP in the area. My only concern in posting this comment is that it may entice more patients to see the Doc and that will mean less available appointments. Just kidding. He's fabulous.

We often come to Toorak to house and dog sit from Tasmania. My mother who is 86 years old has visited the Toorak Medical Centre a number of times over the years and has found Dr. Smith to be a very caring doctor. He always makes the visit very informative and gives great health advice. Victoria the Receptionist is always very helpful. A very friendly surgery to visit.

Freda, on the phone or at the desk is lovely and very caring; and Dr Pearly very assertive in her assessment and so caring and gentle in her approach that even though you got an ailment, you feel in great hands and hopeful. Their kindness is the beginning of your treatment

The staff and doctors At Toorak Medical centre are fantastic. I took my 11 year old son and Dr Smith took the time to explain to us why he was feeling so unwell and took the time to explain the medication and how to use it. He was very kind, gentle and has a wonderful sense of humour
