28Stay away from this store at all costs! 10mins trying to communicate in English I'm told it will take 3-4 days maybe to clean. Joke of a business
Very poor service, poor quality cleaning. They suck you with their "pay up front discount" and then don't deliver the service. STAY CLEAR!
I asked them to clean my pure white Canada Goose padded parka in June last year, and told them be careful of that black label. Definitely they are not dry cleaning. When I picked up my cloth, there was cross color. And the whole cloth was wet. Seems like normal cleaning.
I asked the boss of the store about it, she told me that was not their responsibility, and told me return it to Canada goose to grab a new one.
I emailed Canada goose, and sent it to its European headquarters, they did some professional investigation and told me the cross color caused by water, which means it cleaned by water, not dry clean material. I paid $200 shipping fees for it, and informed this store, but haven't gotten response yet.
Went in to get school blazer dry cleaned was told a great price but due to having to catch public transport and not being able to collect blazer by shut time nxt day was told extra charges on wknd or extra charges for same day how convenient to cater for those single parents doing it tough
It's a very good dry cleaners. Professional cleaning, really accountable, although communication is a bit hard it does not really matter and it's been improved very well by time!
It is really a good service.the lady gave a little design on my old jumper which I love it so much.
I told them to pick up on the next day of dropping off, they are efficent and make sure I can catch my appointment. Appreciate!
Highly recommend for easy communicate and great location.
Please avoid! Destroyed several expensive suits and very difficult to communicate with. These operators have no idea what they are doing and it is a shame they are still operating and destroying clothes on the daily.
