Let’s just say TLC is not what you expected –
Went there to get my brand-new work coat dry clean – scheduled a pickup after a few days. As I was checking the condition of the coat, noticed that it was in an EXACT condition as I handed to them in the first place. I then questioned the staff, she looked guilty and took it back straightaway and said she would “re-wash” the coat for me. If it wasn’t for me to check, I would have spent $31 on nothing. Second time around, the coat was pressed and washed. Not exceptionally good but I am just thankful that it has been washed.
If you are considering using TLC, please take note of this.

Super rude service. Leaves you waiting for ages to be served then looks after their friends ahead of new waiting customers. By sound of other reviews am glad I avoided this place with an expensive suit

$30 for dry-cleaning a cardigan is very expensive and didn't look any better than when I dropped it off. Yes, I know some stains can't be removed but when I pay that much, I do expect some improvement. Won't be going back again.

I made the mistake of prepayment for my alterations on my dress. I paid $100 for poorly tailored alteration. Do not have your clothes altered here. They initially offered a part refund and then declined to give it at all. A designer dress in ruins

Horrible customer experience. Dry cleaning itself was fine, however I had to come back three times for a suit pant repair. Charged over $70 for an adjustment and patch job. The patch itself is super obvious, with one hole that wasn’t repaired at all. Extremely frustrating given I had to come back multiple times where the repair work wasn’t done. Would not recommend.

Professional advice and explanation before dropping off my items. It was my first time to have the service in TLC. Will come back again!

I picked up the drycleaning yesterday and i thought my button changed the colour coz it looks like silver, well it is actually protection and the staff may forgot to take it off anyway its good for putting protection protection quite responsible for customers garment

The alteration lady is so nice! My wedding dress is now fit me very well. Recommend the alteration service!

Avoid at all costs! Horrific customer service. Burnt suit jacket and refused to rectify issue! How is this still a standing business? Do NOT go here!

I had a pair of pants dry cleaned here, when I got them back they were damaged. I asked management to fix it but they denied they damaged my pants and refused to fix it without me paying. Unprofessional, rude and unapologetic! Don’t go here!

WARNING: THEY DO NOT DRY CLEAN-THEY WASH EVERYTHING IN WASHING MACHINES! Got my expensive jumpers in for DRY CLEANING and they had them in the washing machine! All stains were still on the garments too! And pilling was causes due to tumbling around in their washing machines! I could have washed them myself instead of pay a whopping $80 for 5 items!

Although there was a dispute between the owner and me, they offered a solution quickly and it is all resolved. I have to say the shop owner is quite accountable and reasonable.

Very professional service! When I dropped off my dress, there was a big sauce stain. But all cleaned when I picked up, also they used something to cover my jewelry buttons, so scrupulous they are! I really appreciate the service!

Unprofessional and can hardly speak English so very hard to communicate. I would go to looksmart in the same centre. Much better service and easier to deal with.

Stay away from this store! Nobody speaks English so if you need something taken up (as I did) they will not understand what you need to achieve.

I had a long dress which needed taking up. There was lining underneath the dress. They took the dress up but not the lining so the lining was longer than the dress!

They should be shut down! I paid $50 and couldn't get anyone there to fix it in time as there was only a cashier on duty. It's a rip off!

Have tried many times with this dry cleaners but they continue to disappoint. Min 4 days to get shirts laundered is ridiculous. When dropped off first thing one Saturday morning and asked for pick up on the next Saturday, they put after 4pm! We would have been regular customers but are now trying to find a more reliable and faster service elsewhere.

Their service is perfect, fast and super clean! I dropped my overcoat there at 10.am and picked up around 4.pm. There is a heavy oil mark on my overcoat, I thought that was difficult to remove, but they did very well. Thanks for TLC dry cleaners, it worth to try.

I paid over three hundred dollars for my dress to be dry cleaned it has marks on it. When I picked it up it was already packed for storage, three years on I have taken the dress out to loan to someone and they never packed my modesty panel in. So unprofessional.now because so much time has passed I have no chance of getting it back and when I called them to notify the, of their awful mistake their response was too bad. How about change your practises so this doesn't happen to other people.
