TK Maxx Doncaster

Great items, but not a big volume, so if you see something, you have to get it or risk missing out.

Honestly I was expecting so much more. TK Maxx is one of my favourite stores of all time. It was a huge disappointment to see the little variety of products. The customer service was also quite bad. If you’d like a good TK Maxx, go to Forest Hill.

Great experience, staff where super helpful and kind, found exactly what I wanted!

Great place to find unique gifts and home decoration. But very limited sizes and designs for clothing. But I usually find rare stuff here and there.

Lots of "reduced price" stuff from "LABELS" - OK if you actually care about that sort of thing - I'd rather buy "not labels" for 1/4 the price and still get the same quality. Might be good if there is a particular thing you want - but not for me.

Brands are great and reasonable prices but the service is appalling! I was asking a few questions to the staff at the counter and was completely ignored.

Went to pay and was condescendingly told by the woman at checkout that the boys jacket I was buying was full price and not the reduced price as stated on the reduced sticker on the tag. Her face and manner inferred that I had placed it there. So rude and embarrassing and something I have never experienced before. I bought another different full price jacket as I felt so embarrassed. Then I beeped going out the door as she didn’t take the tag off the pyjamas I had bought! The man on the door was understanding and went back to the pay desk and removed the tag. However, poor service overall and I certainly won’t be going back.

Pretty annoyed that the girl that served us left all 3 security tags on our clothes and we didn't realise until we were home. Make sure to check this before leaving the store!
