Plenty of variety, but shop was very chaotic and unorganised.

Many things didn't have price tags.

Tried to ask a staff member for help with something and one, she had no idea; two, she couldn't be bothered helping us at all.

Some full price items looked cheaper than the Reject Shop.

Large store, always well stocked and lots of good items. Staff seem happy but at times hard to find. It is tucked away a bit away from the rest of the main centre and there's no elevator access.

Good stock. Average customer service- employees don't approach customers and you don't even notice them until you get served at the check out

Customer service is terrible there，could you please recruit good people to serve your loyal customers？I felt so embarrassing when I check out in front，the staff there （a middle-aged，long hair woman）asked me to put all stuff that I want to buy on the table in a very rude way. She had a condescending attitude towards me and even said “Damn it” in a low voice. I didnt know why she was so negative，you can change a job if you dont like it，ok？ Bad experience in Tk maxx today！

Young guy at the counter with dark hair chewing gum. Please drop the attitude. I heard you imitate me under your breath when I said a simple "thank you". You treated me like I was a burden to you. I only bought one item and I was a normal, nice customer. I didn't do anything out of the ordinary, just go up to the counter and smile and pay. So I'm sorry that you might not like your job, buy you shouldn't make customers feel bad about that.

Fantastic and friendly staff. Always a great bargain. Really clean store. Definitely worth a visit.

Went shopping for a gift for my neice's daughter's FIRST birthday.
A DISASTER.the choices were just so gorgeous with Children's clothing range, that I couldnt choose JUST ONE outfit, so FOUR outfits later!

Affordable price and if you're lucky you can find some designer pieces at TK Maxx. Staff need training especially the teens.

Can be a mixed bag, either full of good deals and reasonably organised or there are things over the floor, things out of packaging and the chaos makes it hard to find anything worth buying

Disorganised shop & really didn't have all that much variety for males.
Still don't understand why they stopped supplying male shoes but still supply female shoes? !

Today I went to buy gifts for friends and family however I was followed by staff. Thinking I would steal. Very poor judgement just because I was wearing very casual clothes. As I went up to the counter they stopped followed me. So bad never ever will step foot here ever again. If anyone wants to visit here I think should dress up a bit so they won't have suspicion of you.

This place is worth to go if u are not a person who want to follow the fashion trend and only want to buy some cheap clothes

American brands here with dícount. Just bought a michael kors kids jacket at $10. Dont have to right to usa any more

Highly recommended best deal cleaning they’re very professional and coming on time.
My tile and carpet looks brand new again.

On the 5th of March 2020. I went there wondering around to see what to buy. 2 Female staff 1 blonde and brunette were keeping an eye on me coz I was taking too long at the store. They didnt see me at the check out as one of the them were standing ready at the front entrance. I have paid for my things and walked towards the entrance. The blonde girl asked to checked my bag. She saw the things I bought with the receipt. She kept quiet and let me leave. I feel really offended. As I am their regular customer and always spent around $100-$200+ each time I visited. I wouldn't recommend to take your time looking around as they have poor judgment and have very negative staff. TK MAXX please hire good staff or have them trained customer service properly.

Dont have such a wide range of things.a lot of candles, also uk have a lot more high end branded goods.

Definitely a good place for bargain hunters. You spend less to get branded stuff here. Versace Polo for less than $70, a Riedel Wine glass less than $10 for one, where else you can get this but here. Definitely a gold Mine for bargain hunters. Must come

Am totally in love with this store. They have fantastic stuff for every occasion. Big hint though, when you see it do not hesitate buy it. It will not be there tomorrow. Also note that different TK Max stores may vary in their stock. Best store ever.

The usual great TK Maxx products - however the store itself is quite messy & disorganized. Store feels quite cramped.

At first I thought this was going to be another one of those stores selling "reduced" price no-name brand clothes with inflated original RRP to make it seem like you are getting a bargain. My experience has been the exact opposite! I have managed to get brands such as Versace, Ben Sherman, Micheal Kors and Gucci at crazy discount. My highlight was a £600 Versace coat for $60!
Now not saying you will get this every time you visit, I have gone in a few time and there is nothing of interest. If you are walking past though, go look because you never know what you will find. Its like the lucky dip of clothing stores!
