Good selection is there time to time, and great choice of home deco item's can be found, however staff is not very supportive and counters get super slow at times making you wait in the que for a while specially during lunch hours.

Great place for good clothes at bargain prices. Been going there all year too find jeans but was unable to and had to get them from target instead. Target jeans are hit and miss. Mostly miss. The last pair I bought from target would have got me union membership for the circus! So when I finally found some jeans at TK max I stocked up big time!

You must put this on your shopping list of in Melbourne. Absolute bargains to be had here! Wish I'd found it on our first day and not our last couple of hours. Brand name clothing at really cheap prices

Store has got a lot of stuff and that too good stuff but it is not very nicely organized when it comes to kids clothes and shoes

It's a bit hit and miss here. Some days you get really good stuff and some others it's ok. But it's definitely worth a look if you've some patience to browse through the merchandise to find what you want

Hit and miss with styles and sizes and the discounts aren't as good as they used to be. Worth a look just in case there's a sharp discount or a cool, unusual piece.

They could do more with efficient placing, together menswear, etc.they send me front then back, great product and bargains but must be more friendly, easy to find stuff.

The staff were rude did not think some one my age should be in there store l was shopping for my god daughter

It has a wide range of clothes from many brands at good discounted prices it also has a descent range of bags and beauty product and home ornaments and candles. The staff are friendly and the prices are good. There is one in the Spencer outlet centre just outside southern cross so really easy to get to via public transport. I have managed to get quite a few good buys from here. The only problem is the way some of the clothes are set out- because it's done in a rather 'busy' way so it's easy to miss something. Other than that is really good

Very disappointed with the level of service recieved today. To be told that staff have incorrectly placed all of a particular brand of shoe on clearance in all sizes with the only explanation offered was that all prices are marked really isn't a good enough reason. It should not be the customers problem or fault that staff have made this error, If it had only been 1 or 2 pairs I would have understood but to have 10+ pairs placed on clearance in all sizes and shelves is ridiculous if that shoe isn't actually on sale. If store managers don't have to power to approve discounts or select clearence items then they need to ensure items are placed in the correct spot. I have shopped here quite often but after today I won't be back

One of my favourite TK Maxx in Australia as it has a lot more variety of high end clothing and shoes then most TK Maxx out there.

Happy to find this shop, last time i went to a TKMaxx shop was in the UK, got some bargains, friendly staff.

Great shop if you like to hunt for great deals. Each time you visit there is something new. A lot of the stock is not available in other Australian stores. I visited this week and a lot more stock is in the store now.

Amazing deals for reasonably descent branded clothes. Recommend for the savvy bargain hunter but don’t expect any customer service unless you’re at the counter. It’s a huge store, not many staff are on and it’s hard for staff to grab sizes due to the large amount of stock and stock options. Great to shop in first thing in the morning when it opens. Occasionally opens before opening time.

Very small, no like other TK Maxx outlets I've visited before.

Stock is a bit all over the place.

Lovely staff in all Trade Secret stores. I used to shop at Spotlight and have since I went with my Mum as a girl, but the staff there are just too rude these days. Trade secret is my new fave for homewares! And so inexpensive.

Anyone would think the store is closing down! Racks are not even half full. Not sure if I just came on a bad day.but the store is nothing like what they've got in the U. K. And USA. Will give it a few months before I try it again.
