Tom (and James) have turned me on to hi-fi. Yes, it doesn't come cheap, but like me they clearly love the music, and their patience is appreciated. So different to the competition, and so much better. I look forward to continuing custom.

It's been a wonderful experience purchasing the B&W 802 D4 in Tivoli Hi-Fi. Though Thomas is a young man, he is working with passion, very polite and humble. James is very experienced with tons of knowledge and is a professional Sales Manager. Honestly, over my 47 years experience in listening and buying various HiFi equipment, not so many so-called professional people know how to place the speakers correctly, but James is doing an excellent job, fast and efficient, and made it to my entire satisfaction. Thank you James and Thomas, you guys make my day.

The service from James Tranchina and his team at Tivoli Hi-Fi is nothing short of exemplary. I recently purchased (what is for me at least) an expensive headphone amplifier and, from promptly and capably fielding my many questions by e-mail and phone, allowing me an opportunity to conduct an extensive demonstration onsite, to then assisting me outside hours with an unexpected problem until the issue was resolved, they have gone above and beyond to ensure my experience was first-rate. I now know where to go for hi-fi. Eleven out of ten.

I have been a loyal customer of Tivoli HiFi for over 25 years and have had a few audio systems installed during that time, I recently had Matt provide an upgrade to our Control4 based home theatre system and install some B&W outdoor speakers which sound superb. We cannot fault Tivoli HiFi and keep coming back to them given their competitive pricing and service.

Overall good experience at Tivoli during the last 2 visits. Tom was friendly, approachable, fairly knowledgeable and helped with advice when choosing between some Sennheiser and B&O IEMs. No issue there at all, more than happy with Tom's customer service. Leonardo was also friendly during our short phone interaction, even though I didn't deal with him during the actual purchase. James was chatty and friendly and was on the same page as me, talking about music/sound being entirely subjective. Nice to see the sales people not pushing their personal agenda on customers.

I ended up returning the B&O IEMs but only because they were just cr*p (this isn't a product review so I'll leave it at that). Tivoli was more than happy to accept the return so zero issues there. Leonardo processed the return quickly and without issue.

As mentioned above, this review should really be 4 stars instead of 5, since the customer service was a little more prickly during the return than it was when I made my purchase. Most likely because they ended up "losing" a sale but not really through any fault of theirs. It's not really fair to penalise the store for that although I believe customers getting a refund should still be treated the same way as those handing over money.

Courteous engagement and service provided by Thomas was 100% plus in every aspect - from arrival punctuality, to diagnosing and explaining options, to implementing changes and additions to system, to tutoring how to use. His invitation to contact him or James for further explanation was also appreciated.

Staff member was very knowledgeable and friendly, and once I listed my budget (which was quite a bit too low for their products), he gave me detailed information on what I should look for, and suggested another store which would be able to help.

Contrasted very much from the experience I had just had at one of their competitors, appreciate the staff member taking his time to help me even though I wasn't going to make a purchase. Will be my first choice if my budget expands down the line.

A well presented store with great ambience particularly in the listening rooms. James couldn't have been more helpful during my two 1 hour demonstration sessions. The speakers were delivered by Thomas who was also most helpful. A great experience overall and I just love my new speakers!

I recently purchased B&O from Tivoli Hifi and they offer excellent customer service and knowledge about their product. I would highly recommend visiting them for any home entertainment needs.

Excellent post sales service. I bought a device with complex software interface. I wasn't working well initially but the staff from Tivoli made a home visit, identified the problem and promptly replaced the device and came around again and installed it so that it worked well.

Bought a Cocktail Audio X50D from Tivoli. The sound quality from this thing is simply stunning, and I didn't even buy the pro version. Was going to use it in the kitchen to drive KEF LSX's but I made the mistake of hooking it to my Metrum Pavane DAC. Never heard my DAC sound this good before, not even close.

I found the staff to be extremely obliging and helpful. No problem recommending Tivoli Hifi to others. Thank you for your good service.

James and Matt were great! James sourced, and Matt re-set up our home theatre after we got hit by lightning and had to replace basically all our our electricals last year. Great service!

And then this year when our TV antenna was blocked by new 2 storey home going up next door, Matt spotted the issue immediately, and helped us to solve it. Tivoli Hi-Fi to the rescue again!
