Although we didn't finish up going through with the planned project (for unrelated reasons), Sam and his team were really friendly and couldn't have been more helpful when it came to coming up with solutions for our slightly tricky outdoor space, and with communication and follow-up. I am so happy with Tip Top Blinds.
It is the second time I have used them. I first got an external zip screens for my pergola and they are just perfect.
Margaret then came and I changed all of the old roman and blockout roller blinds in our bedrooms and living spaces to wave fold sheer curtains with block out roller blinds fitted inside the window. She convinced me to go with white sheers for the bedrooms and I love it. I also changed my timber venetians in the kitchen and hallway to modern white shutters, and what a transformation!

Postive: Consultant Margaret and installer Warren were fantastic. Negative: Installation delayed six weeks due to improperly set roller blinds at the factory. Blinds fell and damaged newly installed flooring. Telephone calls, voicemails, emails and texts not responded to. FInally heard back from once 'invoice was overdue' - yet job hadn't been completed. Product - great, communication - abysmal.

We fitted two Cabrera folding arm awnings in 2012. Both are in excellent condition and operate normally. During extension/retraction they creak a little and I feel they need servicing.

Highly recommend if you are considering getting a motorised Folding arm awning.

It is always tricky going for any kind of house reno during uncertain times. But I am happy that I went with Tip top blinds for the folding arm awning (Sienna).
Sam from the start was very responsive - from presenting a competitive quote and arranging the survey to final installation was done professionally. All of my follow up queries were answered promptly and clearly.

Trades guys were great - know what they are doing and efficient.

A friend of mine had made to measure awnings what a joke and a absolute disgrace
Awnings have been made to SHORT in width DO NOT FIT
No tension in awning with big fold in canvas
One awning has been sewn down the middle
Awning have no tension and just fall down
Frill on awnings half way up the fabric
I would go elsewhere absolutely disgusting this company

A friendly and caring family Company that has been around for decades, i have used them happily many times.
Our family home in Kingsbury was fitted with blinds by Elias, who was articulate and caring regarding his fitting.
Margaret who manages the curtains, is also an Interior Designer, her knowledge is unbelievable, and she personally attends every fitting job herself, this resulted in stunning presentations of the curtains in the home. A wonderful caring human being.
David who does the plantation shutters came twice as he likes the job to be perfect.
Sam the Sales Manager lives and breathes Tiptop Blinds, and he is passionate about the company doing a great job, kudos to him also.
Thank you to everyone, my mother came home from hospital after a nasty fall, to a beautifully presented home with window furnishings by Tiptop, which made her very happy.
