We arrived@ 9: 00 pm and were warmly welcomed. Food was very tasty and the staff very friendly. Will be going back as there are many menu options.

Barcelona style tapas Unlike many of the other reviews our service was great, the major complaint was the awful, awful food that had no resemblance to Spanish tapas. Frozen foods, terrible ham, garlic prawns with no sign of any garlic. However, the bread was good.

I'd say this is the best Spanish restaurant in Melbourne. Though it surprisingly never seems busy - always good for dropping in without reservation. It's worth a drive just to have dinner here. And of course, you can taste the jewel of Spanish quisine here - Black-label Jamon Iberico de Bellota.

Staff were helpful, and food was delicious. Very good food for a reasonable price point, you definitely want to share your plates here.

Just had a bit of a miscommunication in the system which meant waiting an extra 40 minutes for dessert, which was a little disappointing way to end a lovely lunch.

Tio Tapas Y Vino truly deserves its five-star rating and will undoubtedly remain at the top of my list of favorite restaurants in Mornington, Melbourne.

Unfortunately I love authentic tapas and had high expectations. This is not that. We came on a quiet night. Only 2 other tables occupied. It was still a long wait for some very basic plates. Food was uninspired. Nice atmosphere, good location and the staff could not have been nicer.

An absolute go-to for dinner! Live music, fairly well priced cocktails and amazing tapas food! A great range to choose from!

Food was OK, prices a bit dear for the typical meals, we had better meals in other Spanish restaurants.

Great tapas place in Mornington Main Street, owners are fantastic, friendly and welcoming. The food is top quality and serving sizes are generous for tapas, selection of spanish wine and beers also pretty cool as well, would definitely recommend if you are looking for a good night out with live musicians playing on certain nights as well, 5

This little Spanish restaurant was fantastic. Some of my guests said it was the best seafood Paella they have ever had. Will definitely visit again.

A perfect family dinner for us, we rarely go out these days and so glad we chose Teo Tapas. We generally love tapas style dining and this was no exception, not only was the food delicious and tasty, the service was impeccable, we were never left unattended, drinks and cocktails great. Loved everything tonight, Thankyou guys

We visited for our 20 year wedding anniversary and could not have been happier! Amazing food and staff were incredible.
We shared 4 dishes and a bottle of local Shiraz and all 4 dishes were divine!
The hardest part was choosing the dishes but we decided we’ve got to go back to try the rest of the menu.

I would certainly agree with previous comments. We found it expensive for the quality of food served. The chicken pieces dish was literally one small breast diced into cubes. The chilli prawns was also a let down. 5 prawns no bigger than a large thumb. At a cost of $23 for a small tapas dish we both agreed it’s more like a $13 serving.
Taste was lovely and service great. Thus the 3 stars.

This place was a joke! Their standards of service was appalling & most of us walked out starving waiting 2 hours for our meals. We decided to leave & only pay for the food that came out which definitely wasn’t even worth the wait!
We will never be returning or recommending as you could get much more for your money and time.

Found this restaurant a year ago during a long weekend spent at Morninginton Peninsula and absolutely fell in love with the food - specifically their prawns. Took a drive out there this weekend from the CBD and arrived at 3: 10pm to be told their kitchen was closed from 3-5pm even though it was never specified in their opening hours.

Very good overall, I just think the prices could've been a bit less given the portion sizes!

I can not rate more highly. This place was perfection. The service and staff were exceptional. So friendly, so accommodating and had a smile on their face the whole time. The food was delicious.the sticky date dessert is a MUST. The atmosphere was just brilliant with a live guitarist and flamenco dancer. I have already booked to go back with a large group in a couple of weeks and I know I will be back again and again and again. WELL DONE guys!
