My favourite rice noodle soup place. Typical Chinese soup, very salty. Friendly staff but cash only for less than $20 or $30.

I had the Mushroom Chicken noodle soup ($16.80).
Altho the noodle serving portion was good, I didn't like the taste of the broth. It tasted weird, MSG salty and not great in the flavour.
And was WAAAY TOO HOT! In that sizzling ceramic pot! It's actually pretty dangerous.
They have some kind of warning sign about this heat, but it's barely visible, far away on the kitchen window.
I wouldn't have seen it until my sister pointed it out. Written in neon yellow, so it's not even legible.

Would much prefer going for Pho or Tonkatsu Pork Ramen. So much tastier.
While the shrooms were nice, Chicken wasn't great for eating.
It was very cumbersome and difficult to eat.
It'd been pummelled into small pieces with a mallet, so there were pieces of meat on many rough, jagged sharp bone bits, which I constantly had to pick out of my mouth.
Wouldn't recommend for children, it'd be dangerous for them.
I was asked numerous times by waitstaff whether they could take our bowls away, when the bowls were still half full, and I was still eating.
They obviously hadn't communicated to each other (skill often lacking in Asian restaurants).
It was unprofessional and rude, like they were trying to usher us out.
Hate that feeling of being pushed out, to make room for the next customers.
Really unethical and creates a bad experience.
When I first sat at the table, and placed my fingers on it,
I seriously touched this gunky goo stuff which actually looked and felt like someone's cough flem.
It was totally gross!
We got them to wipe it down, but you could imagine, I was really grossed out.
The only good thing about lunch was having my sister there.
One lunch there was Enough for me.

My family's go-to place when the weather's chilly and in need of hot filling noodle soups. It also serves large portions at a great price.
Only wished if they had the spicy dishes with options for no spicy such as the beer duck and if they had more veggies over noodles.

Very average food. Below average service.
If you want a pickle fish soup, just head up the street to Shan Cheng Wai for an authentic experience.

Tomato beef noodle soup is amazing. Sizzling hot but not spicy (for those who can't eat chilli). Cross over between the Vietnamese bun Rieu and BBH.

Liked it but didn't love it, I thought the food came out way to hot and never seemed to cool down. Was just too hot to enjoy it.

Asked for pigs ear, gave me a tissue because no one understands English
LOL.
I wish it was identical to the Glen Waverly branch

I had fish noodles because I ate this a couple of weeks ago at The Glen branch and loved it. Sadly in the CBD branch, the noodles and fish were overcooked/soggy and broth wasn't good. Completely cured me of any future cravings

Really have good noodles. If you need hot noodle soup with a lot of varieties you are in the right place. The customer service is good, the service is fast.

Busy place during lunch/dinner time, be mindful to wait 20-30 minutes to get your meal. Food quality is pretty decent, the spicy ones are quite oily, make sure to choose wisely via menu or ask staff at the counter.

Prompt service and awesome flavours in their chilly soup bases - perfect if you are after the numbing Sezchuan kick! Staff mindful not everyone can handle the heat and kindly offer separate bowls and plentiful water refills to cool down the noodles and the tongue. Serving sizes are generous so come hungry!

I can’t get enough of this place. I’m always going back. Menu #201 Spicy beef stew is the best chilli in Melbourne. Staff are always friendly

Reasonably priced, busy Chinese noodle place. Not a huge range on the menu but very tasty. Mine arrived with a warning that it was hot. The bowl was steaming and still bubbling when it was placed in front of me.

Tina's Noodle Kitchen is a busy Chinese restaurant on High St, next to lots of other similar style food spots. If you're in need of a quick meal this is a good option. The food was bought out incredibly quick which was great.

Another positive for this restaurant is that the serving sizes are very generous. You won't leave hungry. At around $12 for a meal that's excellent value for money.

Noodles or rice are both popular options, but be warned, some of the dishes get very spicy. The menu items listed with 2 chillies are hot. 3 chillies means you're eating molten lava. A seasoned eater of hot foods will love the challenge - for anyone else, I recommend sticking to the cooler dishes.

The flavors in the noodles were enjoyable. However, the meat was a bit average. Im not a big fan of chunks of chicken meat still attached to the bone. Also, the beef pieces hadn't rendered down properly. They were tough and there were large chunks of fat and grissle which was unpleasant.

The staff were friendly enough. More so than many other options on this restaurant strip.

Good front staff but the worst ordering staff ever! Her name is Quennie! I was holding 2 $10 notes along with my ordering bill.
She grabbed my ordering bill with a $10 note then she said I owed her $5.80 as the total was $15.80. I told her that she grabbed my $10 note with the ordering bill! Oh my god! She was so rude when speaking to me! I will never ever go back again, worst experience ever!

Good spicy noodles, always busy during lunch hours with a queue of people lining up for seats.

The noodles are the highlight here, the meats tend to be on and off. Soup is always a bit too salty for my liking.

Very nice Sichuan-style clay pot rice noodle soups. Services are average. If you donot know which one to order, I will recommend the tomato beef-bone soup. It won't go wrong.

Piping hot pots with some great options for seafood, pork and chicken. Vegetarian options are limited, but certainly worth the experience of straight from the firepot.

We enjoyed the noodle, very good. We tried spicy stewed beef and stewed lamb. We loved them. It was worth the wait.
