Treat of the hills. This place is a definite go to for the locals and outer city folk. The staff are fantastic and everything down to the food, alcohol, and venue is spectacular, amazing restaurant.

Best place for Italian pizza in Upwey if you want to dine in. Everything on the menu is very good, but be warned, the portions are very generous!

So grateful for the amazing variety of vegan options on the menu. The food is absolutely delicious & I am so glad I found this place.

Really enjoy the huge range of vegan pizza and pasta! We had the vegan lasagne, vegan gnocchi with bolognese and some vegan pizzas last night and they were all delicious!

A nice selection of gourmet pizzas. Reasonably priced as I bought a vegetarian pizza, a cheesy garlic pizza and a pint. All for under $40

Great selection of vegan choices! We chose three different pizzas to share and they were all sensational. Food menu is complimented by a diverse drinks list and we enjoyed our local Hargreaves Hill beers. We will return!

Great service and very tasty meals. Only glitch was due to the ordering by QR code.some meals didn't arrive on time as they went to the pick up area, so had to ask about them. But this was resolved quickly. Will definitely go back for a family night out!

Extremely dissapointing dinning in experience.
After lockdown was looking forward to dinning and supporting local restaurants.
QR Code ordering was a complete circus.
Website took multiple attempts to checkout.
Reordering a second drink required the same long winded process.
Completely ruining the dining in experience.
Website offered full table service, but on the night restaurant host just pushed the QR ordering as the only option.
Others around us struggled to order with the QR and was just told to keep trying.
Waited 50mins for a char burnt PARMA, while the kitchen focussed on takeaway pizza orders.
Are you a dinning restaurant or a pizza making takeaway factory?
When asked how was everything tonight.
The Host/waitress? Did not take our dissapoitments well at all.

Had a date there tonight, definitely won't be going back. The food was great but the service was horrible. Arrived to find the table I had booked was given to someone else. That's fine, it happens. I then requested to sit outside instead and the disgruntled woman who served us was less than impressed with my request. She then proceeded to set up a table for 2 right in the middle of the restaurant, where we were repeatedly bumped into by other patrons and staff, yet the outdoor seating area was barely half full.

To the employee who served us; if you hate your job, quit. Customers don't need your attitude and eyerolling.

Food was great! Large portions of pasta, pizza was also fantastic!
Kids meals were on point, and kids loved it.

Ordered take away pizza for Father’s Day. Absolutely delicious. Fresh & very tasty. Would order again & recommend this place. We loved it!

The food here is amazing, but I wouldn't eat inside again, it was so loud our whole group didn't enjoy it. I have eaten outside many times and had takeaway and the food is always fantastic. Please consider the accoustics, there must be a way to soften the noise and make it the perfect place to enjoy your food and the company at the table.

I love this place! The pizzas are always made to perfection …. The staff always friendly and accommodating. I have been going since they opened and will continue to support this business during lockdown by ordering takeaway. Cannot wait to be able to dine in again. Fantastic pizza. I got exactly what I wanted. I would like to suggest you increase the number of items that can be selected on the make your own pizza. The online ordering process was really easy.

We had a disappointing experience on Mothers day with the level of service at Tin Pan Alley. However after complaining, the owner Mark subsequently offered to rectify the situation.
I understand that occasionally things may go wrong, however, how the complaint from a customer is handled is more important in the long run. I was pleased that the owner, Mark, took steps to ensure the complaint was addressed and am pleased with the outcome

Fantastic food and service every time. I love their wood fired pizzas and the drinks menu is great too with local options available. The atmosphere is lovely and cosy. Well worth a visit, be sure to book ahead.
