30Staff were great especially Lucas and milla. Only problem we found was to many games were out of order and for the price we paid the kids could’ve got better prizes.
Bethany & Julianna were amazing hosts for my Sons 8th birthday party! Not only did they make everything so easy but they even played games with the kids and looked out for them which was great to see! Definitely deserve a thumbs up!
Went very smoothly, Sarah was unbelievable with the kids and made them all enjoy there time, will be highly recommend having a kids birthday there, thanks again Sarah and crew
Staff dropped our food. Food was served with flies in it. Half the machines were out of order. Won’t go back there for any parties.

I booked for my daughter’s Birthday Party! A few machines were not working. I had to leave a family member to look after the trolley with presents and balloons. The party felt rushed. Timezone epping you can bring your own food and drinks, this place was an emphatic no. They only sell drinks individually. Tunzafun was a better set up. I won’t be booking another party! Sorry. My son’s birthday party was a huge success. He had an absolute ball and our host Deyoona was friendly, professional and attentive. I loved how she interacted with the kids in such a nice way. The bumper cars were also heaps of fun! Thanks!
Sarah & Nikkita were fantastic hosts. We felt at ease leaving our children in their care. They were helpful, easy going & assisted with whatever we needed on the evening. Great jobs ladies we'll be back.

We held my sons 7th Birthday at TimeZone Plenty Valley and we had 4 party hosts assigned to us. Akash, Lucas, Eric and Mannat. It was such a busy day at Timezone with lots of people there and multiple parties going on but with 22 kids to manage for my sons party all 4 hosts were absolutely AMAZING! The organisation was fantastic and although I was running around like crazy the hosts already had everything under control and once I realised that I was able to relax and enjoy the party. I even had all the parents compliment how well the party went and how well the hosts did. I couldn’t be happier! Thank you so much Akash, Lucas, Eric and Mannat! Job WELLDONE!
