Quickest place I've ever spent $100 & walked out with nothing lol although my nephew loved the fairy floss

Best birthday party venue to experience both as a host and a guest. Yasmin was our leader and she was accommodating and respectful to participants of all ages, from the very young to the older crew. I would not hesitate in having another party at TZ Plenty Valley.

Milla our party host was fantastic. Attentive, friendly and great with the kids. Highly recommend! Our birthday boy and his friends had "the best day ever"!

Pretty standard fare when it comes to machines and services, and the small enclosed space means it gets loud, fast. But it's clean and well-maintained, and the staff are reasonably attentive. Perfectly fine to visit.

Joseph was a very friendly and helpful party host. He kept us informed about what needed to happen. He made us feel at ease the whole time.

I just wanted to say for a first time having a party at timezone, my experience was fantastic the host Lucas was Amazing made it so much easy for us to enjoy my son Alessio's party on Saturday the 5th August every request was met and nothing was too hard for him to do! So thank you so much:)

Jess did an amazing job as our party host! She kept track of a group of 8 year olds in a busy timezone and engaged well with the kids, helping them with the games. Thanks Jess

A bit sad with the removal of the Indoor rock climbing section. But still plenty to be enjoyed for the children and the adults as well ;)

We had a hosted kids party with Lara and Sarah helping us out. It ran smoothly, they were friendly, great with the kids, super helpful and helped make the experience great!

Booked on weekend for son’s birthday. Unfortunately party was very disorganised causing delays. Laser tag wasn’t working, kids received show bags before meals, meals were late, ice cream cake arrived with no plates/cutlery so had to wait even further while cake melting. You would think everything would be streamlined & orderly considering how many parties are are run here. I was glad it was over.

Mila was a wonderful host and was great with all 10 boys, thanks for making it super easy for us Mila

Sarah K and Lara were brilliant hosts! Really kept the party going, great energy and vibe - also really attentive and friendly. Definitely recommend them to host your next party!

The best time zone and my personal one to go to, everything is amazing about this store, ice cream, party, games, staff and the vibe, I’m usually just hanging at the car game (Maximum Tune 6)

Angel was amazing! Great host, the party was well organised and timed. I particularly liked the kids at the party were using landyards.

I wanted to check out the new Timezone which looks great. Well at least the first half looked great. We couldn't go any further because the whole venue smelled like raw sewage. Not sure what that's about. Hopefully it's temporary?

Very good kids enjoyed themselves a lot and the host was amazing! Very attentive and listened to what we wanted and needed…my daughter Sahiba was very happy

Shima was a great host. She was attentive and gave Max great one on one time. The kids had a great time. There were a large number of games not in use which was unfortunate but the kids didn't seem to notice.
