Timezone Fountain Gate - Arcade games

Staff here are a lot nicer than the ones at tunzafun. The walk in prize area is nice as unlike tunzafun you don't have to wait at a counter to get a prize. Overall this place is pretty good and better than tunzafun.

The staff was pretty rude, games are just like every timezone but I won 600 tickets on claw machines woooo!

Awesome place for kids as well as the adults. The atmosphere is so good plus the staff is amazing, helpful etc, You have good amount of games to enjoy and win prizes as well. Highly recommended to everyone.

I stopped by after Grilled with the family and I couldn’t believe how busy it was! We had a nice time but it’s a very small time zone and quiet a few of the games were out of order which was a shame. As a result the popular working ones all had queues.

My friend and I had a blast here! There were a nice range of fun arcade games to play. Though not the biggest Timezone around, it was still good enough for us to have a great time. Also, the staff were exceptionally kind and friendly, which made our experience even better!

Our favourite game here was the car racing one called 'Midnight Maximum Tune 6'. Great visuals and smooth controls. The game also granted us a few extra races for free, which was very exciting!

The store offered a wide variety of cute and sweet items to purchase with your points. My friend and I were very satisfied with the cute toys and sour candies that we got to bring home.

Good games and fun day out. Thanks to Grace for helping make my girlfriend's Birthday extra special.

Just want to say a big thank you to Katie and Chase who has given my niece an amazing experience while we were at timezone. She had the best time playing all the childrens games.

I dint normally make reviews but this is such an amazing place with such helpful staff. Its clean and They also have good music which is different to every other arcade ive been to. Also the prize shop us self serve which is better than the tunzafun that used to be there. A little scared to comr here because of the ither reviews but its not as bad as made out to be.

I spend money to reload my timezone card. I am looking forward to play especially the ticket dome as I am trying to earn few tickets so I can get the prize that I am wanting. Every weekend that I visit this place, the games are broken. Their staff doesn't do anything to fix the problem, DISAPPOINTING.

Can you guys please fix this machine? Its been a months and still broken.

Every weekend when i go to timezone ticket dome and quick drop is broken. Very disappointed.

Bad customer service let alone kicking out my 5 yr old who has down syndrome u should be ashamed of urself never in 5yrs has anyone been so damm rude that manager needs get new job if kids with disabilities are treated this way and maybe ur machines should be childproof from getting in or on them simple bad business

Apon reading some bad reviews I was trepidatious about coming to this timezone but pleasantly surprised by all the amenities, the center itself has had a massive upgrade in recent years, timezone is now attached to amf and near the cinema, what more could you want with all that timezone has to offer plus laser tag, bowling, karaoke and the cinema all at your fingertips, not to mention the cheeky free games outside like giant Jenga, chess and more. The staff seem over worked and under appreciated, it was sad to see many patrons abusing staff, I will say if you go, give the staff a smile, they deserve better.

Around 30% of the machines weren't working, I spoke to the staff and they said they were trying their best but it's just not good enough, that's like hiring a car and it having no back seat. The staff were really frienldy, I appreciated that but come on Timezone management, help them out so they stop having to apologise to customers for your lack of attention to quality.

Can't express enough how great the staff are here! Shannon and Chase are grouse and so friendly. Never seen two people so willing to help customers and look happy to be at work. These guys need a promotion honestly! Keep up the great job guys.

Staff are incredible here! Such a good vibe and atmosphere not even just in the store but amongst the staff. 10/10 wouldn't go anywhere else!

Wasn't any games at all, only 6 or 7, but the staff were nice and assisted nicely, but a disappointment of how small it was. Probably won't come here, unless i really have to.
