Great 2 game loss to me but I enjoyed the games anyway.

Too many school children on the school holidays with our hour and forty minute wait time.

Friendly service and great atmosphere! Very local to me so it's super-convenient for we Whitehorse residents

Need to figure out Max capacity governance. No parent would be comfortable leaving a 3 year old by themselves at a bowling alley whilst the host of the party take cares of 20 children on their own.

Great experience for the kids, but bring earplugs if you're planning on sticking around, the place is all hard surfaces, shouting kids, and bad acoustics.

Lots of fun activities to do aside from bowling and snacks are also available. Great for the family and friends.

Nice staff, one of the things i got from the arcade broke the when i opened it though, was a bit disappointed.

Used to be way better till they got rid of the massive monopoly machine, also the newer games they have got are mediocre at best, i now believe that Eastland Timezone is better, they have better games. All and all I miss there old one especially some of there old games

Yes I'm a grown up but we love coming here for child-free dates. This particular one is good as it doesn't seem as cramped as others. Always clean, staff always helpful.

Rip off you spend $30 really quickly cause games last about 20 seconds at $2.20 a pop

Lovesthis place! The Timezone has games for everyone, plus a bowling center. If you want something calm.maybe is not for you.

Staff are overloaded and therefore service is poor. We had to clean our own table at the bowling. Prizes are overpriced.

Awesome bowling! Friendly staff but they seemed a little bit understaffed, had a great time, the music was awesome! Lots of throwbacks

I mostly come to play Pump It Up, they keep a PIU Prime 2017 machine well maintained (they replaced the foot pads today!) and at a good volume. $2.20 nets 4 songs unless you're VIP, then it's $2. It no longer connects online though.

So much fun! Was my first time.visiting with my family and we played the air hockey game, seen that there was also a bowling alley (will need to try that next). Great for family and friends

Some of the redemption games need more TLC. The jackpot roulette triggers on Big Sweet Land not working properly. The jug in Milk Jug Toss sometimes not detecting the ball going in. One of the Quick Drop machines drops more balls than button presses. Ice Ball is often missing a ball or two. Also need more high end prizes.

Most timezones are the same, this facility has recently updated which good, it's clean and well kept.

Much cleaner than their Knox counterpart, but much fewer games available. And plenty out of order. The staff did the best that they could but were overwhelmed - mgt need to institute a number ceiling as when you by an hour's worth of games you should lose 10-15mins to waiting time.

1 star because of the staffs. First of all, the machine "sometimes" doesn't work after it takes money and every time the staffs spoke about this issue, you could sense some vague condescension and convince that is my problem. Also if you cannot merge your point from different card please try to speak as many as other staffs since other staff except for who refused will do it for you.

It feels a bit smaller after the renovation but the games seem to be better
