So my friends and I rocked up super close to closing, they had started the process. But still the lovely Dani managed to get us in, despite the fact that they had started to pack up. She gave us the full 5 star experience and was very lovely to talk to. Amazing service.

Kids had a fantastic birthday celebration at Timezone. Our lovely host Alexandara was sure to entertain & keep tabs on everyone.
Time management went well & the party was a success!

My daughter had her 8th Birthday here and could not fault! Great package/setup that included bowling, lunch/cake and an hour of Timezone! Kids absolutely loved it. Our host Steph was fantastic! Guided and helped our kids through the party seamlessly and made our birthday girl feel so special. Would definitely have another party here again!

We had a booking for my autistic brothers birthday.
Upon arrival there was a large bowling league which had been “accidentally” booked over us.
We were offered a full refund, and were told there was nothing that could be done as they were “at capacity”.

Absolutely disgusting.

My brother was extremely distressed, we explained that we had a booking, and that it was his birthday etc, they could not care less. All they kept repeating was that there was an error with the booking system.

Jorja was amazing with the kids and took care of the different needs of the group. Thanks for making it a stress free day for parents as well.

Great party for my 9 year old, the kids thoroughly enjoyed the laser tag and games at timezone as well as the food. Tara our host was very enthusiastic, friendly and professional.

A Pretty Good Arcade. A Bit Small And Not Much Of The Usual Games That You Will Expect. Some Of The Machines Are Outdated But Nothing To Complain About

They're always the #1 spot to visit at Forest Hills for a great time. The arcade isn't as big as Eastland, but it's got the essentials for an arcade

The kids loved the Laser Tag & would have liked to play again. As the supervising adult I was disappointed at first, as I was told our group would have to wait behind two groups, even though we’d booked a specific time-slot. The staff member sensed my disappointment & offered a solution for us to join the current group waiting & play with them. The kids were happy with that.
I think also too, that the music in the whole venue should be turned down a notch. You have to yell at your children & staff to be heard! Overall a great time though…

Children are really love Zone Bowling and it’s an awesome experience! Friendly staff and really appreciate our host Gemma S! We are really happy with new facilities and children definitely will come back again!

Naz did an amazing job hosting my daughter 10 years birthday event. From leading the game, organizing the food, keeping the presents to cutting the cakes. She is professional and flexible. Very bad experience, incorrect Powertickets displayed on the prize make my little one very sad. My son works so hard to get enough powerpoints. Even after noted the mistake they just put the prize back to the original place without change the powertickets display. I talked to the on duty manager, he said nothing can do except apology.

The incorrect Powertickets displayed 7500 points. My son got 8000 points, after scanned they said need 10000. The manager said was a big difference, and they change the display all the time, so incorrect Powertickets displayed happen. Nothing they can do except apologies.
