Timezone Eastland - Arcade Games, Escape Room, Kids Birthday Party Venue

Fantastic experience, been going there for a while now and finally got around to doing an escape room, the staff are always lovely. After completing one escape room and loving that experience with the awesome help of Tristan we will be coming back to complete the other one!

I would rather go zero if I can. The worst experience I had ever. They lack of staff and recommend you prepare yourself at least 20 mins waiting time to redeem the points. The staff who has broken arm is very rude. Yelling and using the finger pointed at me when I remind her that she should call the queue instead of someone skip the queue. She said she is working under pressure, so I reckon this place do lack of staff. Even though, I never see anyone working in service industry can yelling and pointing to the customers. My son start crying after, and this is his memory of a Birthday party! I would say I won’t come back to this place and I will let all my friends know what’s happened here and let them to decide whether they deserve a birthday party like this.

The kids love this place. The setup is very cool with a kareoke room, they host birthdays, have bowling, hot tasty fast food and helpful staff. All timezones are pretty much same, same. There were an annoying number of machines broken which was frustrating but in general a good time to be had by all.

Check your balance when using your card! Their machines charge your card twice for just one game!

Pretty good selection of games, though there are often some out of order. The staff are good about fixing game errors if you're honest which is better than some other Timezones.

The kind of place that lets a 4 year old walk out the front front door without an adult.

I understand that the child's safety is the guardians responsibility, but it's also supposed to be a safe place for children by design.

If it wasn't meant for young kids, then don't admit them.

We had a 12 yo birthday party here with Party Host Riley today. Riley was great. He was friendly, fun and took care of the boys and they had a blast playing all the games. Thanks for a fantastic party!

You have your usual games here like Mario Kart, Wangan Midnight, Connect 4 Hoops, etc, but there are also games such as Tomb Raider, Pop the Lock and Aliens so that's a plus (November 20,2021). You also get paid more tickets here when you play which for me was surprising. Without laser tag, it has two unique substitutions, in the form of table tennis and escape rooms (14+ only btw). It even has dining services which means you can have lunch or dinner here of you want. Overall, one of my favourites, especially since it's in the Eastern suburbs.

We did the Blackbeards Cabin escape room here, it was so much fun! Reece was fantastic helping us with some of the clues and even took a nice family pic for us at the end. Great value for money!

We had our son's birthday party at Timezone, Eastland. It was a HUGE success, thanks to our wonderful host Felicity. She made sure everything ran smoothly and she was very helpful and attentive to all the kids. We can not be happier! Timezone is very lucky to have such an amazing staff member.

Had the best fun recently at Timezone Eastland. Great choice of games and activities to try. Staff are friendly and accommodating and their Assistant Venue Manager, Mikey goes out of his way to ensure you get the best experience. Thanks!

My friends and I came yesterday and despite being 18 we had a great time, recommend for all ages. Mikey who made our drinks was a joy to be served by.

Good variety of games and good package selections too

Participated in the escape room. Was so much fun. Was hard for us but the staff where helpful and ensured we completed! Such good value.

We had a very enjoyable night at Timezone Eastland. Love it when they have special offers for extra game credits. Great variety of games although some were out of order. Love the mini bowling arcade which can use the same game card. Of course by favourite would be the claw machines. Definitely recommend the timezone at Eastland.

So impressed with the incredibly helpful management and staff, as they went above and beyond to help make a rebooked party after covid such a great experience! Well done guys! Raving reviews 10 outta 10!

It is so big and good to all Family, but most facilities need maintenance and could you please add Electric Cars "Bumper cars amusement"
