Timezone Eastland - Arcade Games, Escape Room, Kids Birthday Party Venue

Riley was amazing! So patient and attentive to the kids, didn’t drop the ball the whole afternoon, made for an amazing party at Timezone. 10/10, keep being the best Riley, people like you are hard to come by nowadays!

Milly is an excellent host, with the patience of a saint. 10 tweens hyped up on sugar and bright lights? She’s your host! Definitely recommend Time Zone for kids parties, a bit expensive but still worth it

Staff service, good attitude! But there was not even a place to sit, thought that a party would give a table, the children went to play, some parents stayed there to chat, but that day was too busy, the table also had a party for others, the staff finally moved chairs and tables to us! Thanks to the friendly staff, feeling OK, not too bad feeling! It's hard to imagine standing there with a pizza in one hand and a drink in the other

Just had my son’s party yesterday and it was a blast. Kids had a great time. We literally just have to bring ourselves there and they took care of everything. Kids enjoyed the mini donuts platter, pizza, chips, and hotdogs. Our party host, Kingston, was amazing. She catered to every request and she entertained the kids well too. All in all it was a great experience!

Amazing our host Chloe & Patrick were great always touched base our party was on the 15th April and all the kids had a wonderful time very happy with the service
This tz has plenty of seating to cater for Adults toilets inside and also Eastland toilet right outside
Convince of it being indoors near restaurants and parents room for families with babies. Love it here

First time here they had great games, I had an issue with one game however matise helped me and was very well mannered and very kind. Will be returning. 5 stars

We went to Timezone today and at the end they got me waiting on the line for 20 minutes, while only one operator was dealing with another customer who had lots of cards to claim. I asked them twice if they could get another staff to help with the line as there were more people waiting and although there were couple of staff + shift manager wandering around they didn’t bother to help. This is not called customer service, specially when the manager is there and doesn’t care.

My daughter celebrated her 9th birthday here with 10 of her friends. The staff called Sammy. He is so gorgeous ，so helpful and attentive to our every needs.i will definitely recommend this place to all my friends！Thanks so much Sammy!

We had my daughters 12th birthday party here last night and she had a blast. Our party host made sure everything ran so smoothly, even helping round the kids up when it was time for the food to come out. Very helpful in a very noisy venue full of kids! Thanks Liv D)

This place is the worst timezone I have ever been to. The teddy bears are impossible to win. They are placed in a dedicated place in order to stop people winning.

Excellent service from a girl named Bec yesterday. Very helpful and knew her stuff. Delightful!

Came here to go an escape room with some friends. Was a really fun experience, although the entry was a little loud with a lot of noise at once. Recommend for a fun half hour activity with friends, or to just come down to the arcade.

Anthony and Darcy were great party hosts, who were excellent with the kids and made sure everyone was included and enjoyed themselves

Fabulous kids parties - we have just had our kid’s birthday there and all the kids had a ball. Shout out to Jade who made sure that the party ran seamlessly and that all kids had a great time.

Had my son’s birthday party. The host was Niamh and she was absolutely amazing. The kids adored her, great customer service and the food was great

Wish I could give ZERO star. I was a guest at a birthday party today and arrived around 1PM. We as a group gave food & coffee order around 1: 15PM. We kept waiting till about 2 PM. Finally when I couldn't control my hunger I went downstairs and got a chicken burger from Nandos. I was back around 2: 15PM and my coffee was still not ready (forget the food). I was trying to order a serve of fries a bit later and wanted the cashier to add it to our group order. The cashier kept going back and forth but couldn't correlate the group so after 5 minutes of frustration I paid $6 for a serve of fries from my pocket. Our party which was supposed to be over in ~2 hours took almost 3 1/2 HRS. Most of the guests started panicking to move vehicles so that they are not charged for parking fees. This place is the worst I have seen in many years. I just wish none of my friends choose this place for birthdays as we as guest will actually suffer. Can't believe they have got good reviews. May be they don't care now.

Fantastic venue for my 9yo's birthday. Sophie was an amazing host and all the children had an amazing time.
Lil guy was completely surprised by his surprise party.

We just had a party today that was hosted by Felicity. She went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly. It was exceptionally busy and they were understaffed but no matter how stressed she was, the smile never left her face.
