Fantastic addition to Sydney rd. Tasty food at good prices. Great for sharing and veggie offers.

Great location and awesome decor, will definitely visit again! Unfortunately this time though food didn't quite hit it out of the park and while service was good, didn't get much time to enjoy the entree as everything was served at once would of been nice to have a bit more of stagger. We had 1 starter and 2 mains between 2 people.

Starter
Barramundi spring rolls-9/10
Excellent, fragrant barra flavor with crispy spring roll pastry, and a really nice sweet chilli dipping sauce with a perfect touch of heat. Only loses a point due to us being to eager to dig in and burning our mouths!

Mains
Chicken pho 5/10
Strange not to see a beef pho on the menu so went the chicken. Unfortunately didn't quite hit the spot the poached chicken was a little dry and the broth while flavorsome was way to overpowered with salt. Was a great first bite however deteriorated thereafter

Spanner crab 6/10
Generous serving of crab however not much noodles to balance ot the dish particularly for a $22 main. The chili oil and xo sauce was quite good and not too spicy however in contrast to the pho lacked quite a bit in salt. The dish improved once the maggi seasoning sauce on the table was added. The potential is definitely there for a great dish just needs a bit better balance

Seems a couple teething issues to get through with Tia con, i'm sure they will be fixed as this new start finds its feet. Can see this being a great addition to the sydney rd eateries, will def be back to try some of there other options!
