Awesome food and the portion is great, family favourite.

Food, taste and portion is still why this place is highly recommended.

Been dinning her for years having no issues. However today was my first bad experience with the restaurant. Ordered take away only
to open it up at home and see they have sold me spoiled/off soup for my Hu Tieu…the smell was horrendous and you can see the bubbles/foam onto of the soup. Drove back to the restaurant with receipt to get a refund. Safe to say I won’t be dinning here again for some time….

Food and service was really good. But the fish in the fish tank didn't let us enjoy our outing to the fullest. The fish kept for show, were cramped in a tiny tank where they could barely move. Heart sank as soon as I saw this.

2× Laksa Both said it was too thin and watery could have been thicker.
Chicken Fried Rice was like Fried Rice with Shredded Roast Chicken

Massive Servings, Tastiest Duck this side of town, competitively priced. Also any leftovers are minimized as you can buy containers to take them away.

Queueing during peak hours is 20-30 minutes long, but well worth the wait

Awesome Vietnamese food, great service and the taste is traditional. One of the top restaurants on Alfreda St and highly recommend it all Asian food lovers. Great variety and low cost for family and friends.

Always love coming here when im out im the west. Authentic vietnamese food with such a variety too! The staff have been lovely everytime we come. Highly recommend

Ordered 2 dishes received one requested for second dish 3 times and then brings incorrect dish no attempt to rectify issue had to leave without eating. Suffice to say I will never go back they missed the mark to many times would stay clear of this place

Came to explore St Alban. Settle into this restaurant for dinner. Wow the menu is a full hardcover book. The food was good and price is good. Highly recommended. We finished our meal, and their roast meat was completely sold. Really good roast meat

Not a bad place to try some delicious Vietnamese and Chinese food.
Loved the fried rice and the north Vietnamese spring rolls
The crispy chicken was au point as well - juicy and tender

Vietnamese iced coffee was strong and sweet - perfect.

The beer on the other hand could have been a little colder, so could have been the temperature in the restaurant.
Staff was super friendly, funny and helpful.

Took the family out for dinner on Saturday evening, ordered $275.00 of food. The service was pretty good, food came pretty quick, got wrong order of oysters but they tasted okay, i ordered the king prawns with chillie and found a piece of wire stuck to the prawn from the brush they use to clean the wok with. Let the waiter know, did nothing about it. I was the only one who ate the king prawns and got food poisoning from them within 2 hours of eating them. Got recommended from my wife's friend to try this place, WHAT A BIG MISTAKE. WILL NEVER GO BACK. So be cautious on what you order. The rest of my family didn't get sick on the other food that we ordered, so I narrowed it down to the king prawns that would've been off.

Horrible and rude service.

Last night we went to Thuan Phat for my daughter’s birthday and I had booked the table a week ahead. When arrived there, the table was not reserved. How was that possible? What kind of business is this? I don’t care how good the business or the food is but if the service is not up to the standard then it is not good at all! It was horrible, rude and inexcusable! After 10min of waiting we went to the next restaurant Phi Phi and luckily they got us a table right away. Their service was much better and so was their food. I would not recommend Thuan Phat again to all my friends. Their service and the staffs are unfriendly and inattentive. They should be trained properly before working in this hospitality service!

This is our first visit! Wow this venue has it all in flavour and a friendly inviting atmosphere with quick service to follow.
Every dish we order was packed full of flavour and cooked to perfection. We could not fault the service staff, they where attentive and quick we didn’t have to wait for anything. Outstanding we will be back and highly recommend Thuan phat. Thank you!

No queueing system and staffs don't care much. Had to wait for half an hour for the food after we placed our order. Worst of all the food quality and portions (meat wise) are worse than before. We are very disappointed and sad at the same time because they were one of the best Vietnamese restaurants in the west. Won't recommend and won't be coming back

Food is okay, but if you're wanting good, professional and friendly service with a smile, this is definitely not the place to visit. The owners should take some serious steps in staff training or retraining and probably even train themselves on customer service.

I had a really bad experience with their customer service at this place. I waited for 1 hour for my meal which normally would takes about 15 to 20mins max to make this dish (dried egg noodles with crispy chicken) I asked 2 of their staff to check my order to see why it’s taking so long. The table next to me came after and they ordered a crab dish and shark fin soup got their order within 10mins after mine was served. This restaurant doesn’t go by the order you came but they base their orders on how expensive your dish is. This is not how any paying customers should be treated. To top things off when my order came, they got the wrong order and gave me noodle soup instead of dry and because I’m hungry I had to eat it or I’ll be waiting for another 1/2 an hour for them to correct my order and at that point I had lost my appetite to eat and only ate half. This is so wrong in so many levels and everyone deserves to be treated equally, their excuse was they might have forgotten my order when I spoke to the manager and the owner. I still had to pay for the meal in full after that so I’m not getting anything out of doing this review, I just want to help people avoid experiencing this. I’m Extremely disappointed and suggest you think carefully before coming to this restaurant.

Food is always good! The young man who serves us today is extremely polite! Overall, very happy and definitely gonna come back

Great Vietnamese restaurant, huge varieties menu, food was fresh and properly cooked, service was fast. Highly recommended to try!
