Thuan An Restaurant

Good old Viet restaurant that we used to eat at. Yummy food, renovated from years of being there. Menu book is very nice with photos of the food so you can expect what you ordered as per photos. Ordered soft shell crab rice paper roll for entre, yum! And my usual order crispy chicken and egg noodle. Same good old taste. Price is average and good service plus clean place. Let down on not having the free hot tea anymore unlike other Viet restaurants. Parking at the back as the street parking is now converted to outdoor seating which is good for families with kids.

Best Vietnamese restaurant in Melbourne. The environment is spectacular and the waiters are very friendly. Food is reasonably priced and delicious. Highly recommend anyone to go here

Nice place to dine or lunch, average food and good value for money but sometimes the communication was bit hard

Good viet restaurant in sunshine for best tomato fried rice with beef cubes (bò lúc lắc) in the west. Big portion and good price, very soft beef. We always come here for this. Other rice dishes are pretty good too fried rice with salted chicken ribs and crispy fried chicken are popular as well. The pickles are really good too. Have tried couple of other dishes too but so so, not special. Bonus point is really really good customer service everytime we come here.

Overall, highly recommend rice dishes here especially tomato fried rice with beef cubes.

I couldn't believe the polite positive response from the staff, and the food _ sing to bo was Fantastic I will return something I don't say enough.

I never had a complained before, but its been bad lately, 1. Seafood Laksa- soup made is white
, I had never had a Laksa like that.
2.2 week ago, I ordered Pho- with beef brisket and tendon; soft enough to chew but not tender, green leaves is old & dry.
3. Taro smoothie- chewe pearl and jelly slightly hard.
4. Paper rice is so dry and glue
Summ up: I had indegestion which I have to trew up those food.
I told them will not come back again. So Sad

Service was soooooo quick. Food in like 5 mins. Very delicious. Fruit smoothies (Sinh to) were awesome.

Best takeaway dish I have ever had with Uber, Cassava vermicelli with free range chicken was great, well packaged and decent Vietnamese traditional taste.

Vietnamese pancakes are amazing. Both seafood and pork/prawn were delicious. Clean, friendly and good atmosphere.

Our favourite go-to for Vietnamese food. The staff are wonderful, cheerful and make the dine-in experience even better.

Never disappoints. After many months we had dinner at Thuan An, we were greeted by the extremely friendly service as usual. Delicious fresh food at a very reasonable price. The servings are enormous.

So disappointed after seeing my meal last night from Thuan An, my dinner looks super sad. I ordered 3 serves of shredded pork rice paper rolls and they came soggy, cold with no noodle but just some sad lettuce and sadly looking shredded pork.
My pork spring rolls look like they were left out for so long that their skin is kinda chewy and no longer crispy.
The broken rice with lot is prob the most decent one but again came with no green, no cucumber or tomato
I was trying to support our small business but the meal was just too disappointing to return

Delicious food, good staff and food is reasonably priced. My parents order takeaway from here all the time. The food is always so good. I took my friends here and they really enjoyed the food.

Great food. Reasonably priced. Food for kids and fussy adults. A little noisy but it's 'busyness' tells you how popular it is.

Incredible food, so affordable and so quick! A must visit for delicious pho and range of incredible treats and drinks. Will be my regular! So good!

Spacious indoor and outdoor dining areas with many tables and houseplants; good food with great price and portions plus super friendly customer service are what make this place great. Also, if you want to get your ex back, this place is a good start.
