A performance nearby meant we were to be tipped onto the Brunswick streets after 8pm on a Friday, hungry for dinner. Theodore's was the perfect answer. Great service, great food, excellent wine - we loved it all and can't wait to come back

Pretty disappointing lunch. Had the lettuce, salmon, avo and pretzel. It was like they grabbed a handful of random ingredients from the fridge and sneezed it onto a plate. Hoping that the dinner menu is a lot better, because it was a massive letdown for $20. Ambience and staff were great though.

Great atmosphere and service, booth allowed privacy and conversation. Food generous, beautifully considered, delicious, nutritious and also homely.

Best snacks, best service and best vibes with a local and sustainable focus.home made pretzels and filter coffee make for the perfect start to the day and the takeaway bottle list is supreme. Make time for Teddy’s and support local legends!

Great place for a delicious meal out with a difference. Ted's has a wonderful atmosphere and staff. Also super handy with the online grocery ordering where you can pick up their in house made product and other local stuff. Don't forget to add on a pretzel.or 3, to your order.the mustard on the side is superb

Fantastic!
Incredible value for money. Theodore’s is tucked away in a little corner in Brunswick but once you find it you won’t stop coming back.
We love the new weekly menus and can’t wait for lockdown to be over so we can dine in.

Just had dinner - sensational. Baked potatoes and Brussels sprouts with mustard a must. Loved the trout with smoked sour cream and mustard. Perfect

The fact that this spot is hidden away in Brunswick's backstreets already makes me like it. The fact that they are a cafe with a wine bar vibe (or vice versa) makes me like it more. It has a great indoor/outdoor front dining area perfect for sunny days.

While open for day trade daily, brunch is only available here on weekends. During the week, you'll find an assortment of sandwiches and small bites that you may want to order a couple of, whether with a wine or a coffee. Prices are pretty reasonable and menu is short but varied. It's not extremely cohesive, but at least it's interesting.

I started with an oat flat white, which was okay but too frothy. I'd checked out the menu before I went but decided to order the broccoli sub, which seemed to be a new addition as it want on the menu I'd seen. I was sceptical when it first came. It took ages to arrive and looked quite small for the $14 cost. But one bite made me forget all that.

The combo of charred broccoli, gooey cheese, garlic and slightly sweet gochujang (cut with mayo) is genius. The dish isn't groundbreaking, but it is refreshing and makes me keen to see what concepts the venue has up its sleeve. There are definitely areas they could improve upon and brand identity seems a bit muddled at the moment, but I'm eager to see what's to come.

Rad little place. Tried the vegan snack plate on the menu and wow what a combo. Probably juciest blueberries I've ever had were on it. Awesome menu, the bottomless coffee is delicious too. Get around this place. Nice people doing good things!

Just ate the most delicious pretzel I’ve even eaten. Great ambiance and cute hidden location. I’ll be back!

Really lovely! We ordered the brunch of the day, it was delicious. A little pricey (on par with other spots, though, so not unusual for this caliber of food and service) but totally worth it. This will be my new fave #treatyoself brunch spot.

A hidden gem in Brunswick. Comfy and welcoming. Great easy eats menu and range of drinks. Not a typical cafe.

I looked in the dictionary for the appropriate word to describe how amazing Theodore’s food and service is. Sadly, the word doesn’t exist, but the experience at Theodore’s is amazing.

I went here today and had the best experience. Henry, Lil and Asha create such a great atmosphere and I totally enjoyed the 70s rock they had on in the background. I tried the spicy kraut jaffle with vegan cheese and it blew my mind. Prior to that I never had had a jaffle before, always referred to it as a grilled cheese sandwich, but if you've also never tried a jaffle before and you're keen to have a good time, try Theodore's!
