I took my old watch here to get a battery replacement. After the original service center told me it would cost 200 dollars and 8-10 weeks I asked these guys. Very helpful got it back to me in under a day. Would highly recommend them for the helpfulness and professionalism.

They could replace my watches with the exact same straps & returned them with a lovely reusable pouch.

I got my Indian Titan watch for battery change, as the watch slowed down drastically. The team here identified that it’s not the battery but a small chip off coming in the way of the seconds hand. They took consent from me to shave the chip off, get it working and did not charge me a cent saying it’s too small a job.

I had an issue setting up my watch and the shop was really helpful and gave me detailed instructions on how to set it up.

Horrible service experience. The guy initially told me they couldnt remove the permanent links. After insisting that they try anyway, the guy said the charge will be $100. They took 2 weeks to get back to me and call me. Returned my strap saying they couldnt do anything. Waited 2 whole weeks. Then i went to Swiss watch repair service right on the same level floor, and they cut off the links and got my strap right on the same day, charged $25. Go to Swiss Watch Service instead, its on the same floor.

Watch lab is located on the 5th floor. I came by to get a few links taken off my watch and had no issues. They were able to take off 3 links and confirmed the size within 5 minutes for $20. No bookings required.

Always excellent & well priced! 2 hinges & 1 nose pad repaired + replaced for $120 (on two pairs of non-prescription sunglasses, each worth ~$250 new). Happy with the work

I wanted to thank you for servicing my Omega Seamaster Automatic. I’ve been wearing it for a month and it runs smoothly and accurately. I am as satisfied today as I was the first time that I sent you my watches for service, few years back.

I received my Longines watch today and it looks beautiful. The new crystal and the restored face makes the watch look almost new. I made the mistake of using a metal expansion band years ago and it wore the band lugs. I am very happy with the work you performed and will be sending my other watches to you in the future.

First time went there with 5 watches, all needed change of battery they communicated well in advance about the price and time it will take. Reasonable pricing. Will go again when my watches need serving again.

The service at Luxury Watch Repairs was outstanding. I took in my Omega Constellation for a clean and battery repair. I was impressed by how they processed my order and within an hour my watch was ready for collection. The staff were exceedingly helpful and courteous and it was a pleasure to deal with them. Their pricing is significantly better than dealing with high street agencies. I highly recommend Luxury Watch Repairs and will use them for all my servicing and repair needs.

They didn't comuicate my grandpa's watch dial was damaged however it's around 50 to 60 years old so I understand it can happen.but he should of told me before I picked it up. Dust on the dial of my other watch is still unacceptable but he did clean it up. So I can't be too angery about it. On the most part communication was good answering questions promptly.

They did a good job, let me know when the watch was ready, and charged a fair price.
My watch needed new seals as moisture had got inside the watch, was fogging up the glass, and at one stage stopped the watch.
The Watch Lab dried out the watch and got it going again - it's a solar powered watch with a long life battery. They gave it back to me while they waited on the seals from Seiko (suggesting I be careful about getting any water on the watch).
When the seals arrived, they gave me a ring and I took the watch in. They dried out the watch again, installed the seals, and had the watch pressure tested and ready to pick up within a few days.

Happy with their pleasant way of treating customers. Fast and quality service. I would like to recommend this place.
