Have purchased about 4 Rolex watches from Chris over the last 20 years. He is easy to deal, very knowledgeable, has a great range of Rolex’s and other brand watches and is reasonably priced.

Made lots of requests for information through ebay and there online platform as I want to make a enquiry to purchase a watch and information but can't be even bothered to return messages and correspondence.
Strange business practices

Thanks to swiss watch gallery, when I was inquiring about GMT, Jasckon responded to me immediately and gave me a very good price. After learning that I was in Melbourne, he bought a plane ticket the next day and delivered the time piece to me. Shocking! Many thanks for his friendliness and professionalism. After that, I would strongly recommend looking for a Swiss watch gallery to buy a watch.

The customer service at this place is something you would expect from a wholesale center and not a retail shop. I actually regret spending money here and will never be back.

Came in store a couple of weeks ago to look at a new watch for myself,
was interested in spending quite a significant amount however upon entry I was met with blatantly judgemental yet, talkative (with eachother staff).
The people who work here lack basic customer service skills, I was better served in store at rolex than this company.
Shame they wouldn’t even let me try a watch on, because I would’ve bought it!

Sent an enquiry to purchase a Tudor BB58 and received a very prompt response. The description of the piece underpromised and over delivered, a second hand watch in 'good condition' arrived with only the tiniest marks where the clasp touches the bracelet.

I purchased 2 watches from Chris. I found him to be very polite, knowledgeable and professional. His customer service was very good. I returned a few days later for a minor adjustment to one of my watches and Chris was very happy to make the adjustments for me. Excellent service. Highly recommend.

Front door is locked and the sales assistant is required to buzz me in. Sales assistant on the phone and can clearly see I was waiting out the front to be let in however didn’t acknowledge I was there. After standing there for ten minutes, I left.
Terrible service. A simple acknowledgment and signal to wait until you were off the phone would have went a long way. Do not recommend attending this store if that’s their attitude towards customers.
