Doctor Michael is fabulous, he is very cautious and goes beyond your needs. It means that to be their clientele, you’d better have good money because they would write scripts to over check your health condition, X-Rays, multiple blood test (instead of doing everything at once), so they keep the patient coming back and the bills add up.
Very poor customer front desk service, forgetting that they gave you an appointment as well and blaming on you for showing up without an SMS reminder from them.
Excellent practice for older people (they take their time to explain everything), definitely not for average income family medical needs.

I really could not speak more highly of this clinic. When I moved into the area a couple of years ago I was looking for a good GP and this practice certainly exceeded my expectations.

I primarily see Dr Maureen, who not only has good medical knowledge but also has a kind heart, is a good listener and genuinely cares.

Reception staff have always been helpful, kind and genuine in their interactions.

Dogtor Paddy and Orla are both amazing contributors to the shared vision of creating good health in the community and their presence and my interactions with them has certainly enriched my experience and brought joy to my heart.

Overall I have found this practice to be professional, caring and embodying a strong sense of integrity.

Disgusting. I have a sick child that needs to be seen urgently, and cannot get in anywhere, this was the only available appointment, but they discriminate.

I previously attended a very large practice in the area and felt that I was getting lost. I have a rare autoimmune condition, epilepsy and a lung condition so when I first joined The Village GP I had to be sure I would receive the level of care I needed and that the Drs would be willing to liaise with the multiple specialists that I have. I needed not have worried I see both Dr Maureen Burke and Dr Kelly - Anne Garnier both outstanding general practitioners. I have never regretted making the move to the smaller and what I feel is a more personal approach by every member of the staff.

I have been going to this GP for over 2.5 years now and cannot recommend it enough! The reception staff are welcoming and helpful. The nurses are extremely friendly, attentive, and calming. I have seen all GPs at the clinic and always feel heard and have all of my questions answered. The pathology services are convenient and extremely well done. Overall wonderful clinic!

I am very impressed by the staff and service at The Village GP Black Rock. Always friendly and professional, they are engaging and interested in me as a patient. Dr Maureen's kindness and attention to detail are second to none in my experience over many years with many different doctors -as well as a variety of issues and operations. I went to the village because i had heard what an amazing practice it is. We were considering a new family doctor. I can't fault the client service. Everybody was amazingly attentive and friendly. But i was charged $180 to have wax cleaned from my ears.it wasn't surgery! It was wax in my ears!
As nice as the staff were my family and I won't be back.

I had my first (new patient) consultation with Dr Maureen Burke yesterday and am very pleased with my new doctor and can highly recommend this practice.

Maureen and the ladies at this clinic could not be more helpful. They go above and beyond. Beautiful clinic. Would 100% recommend.
