Attended a bridal shower here that was held in the evening - I had really high hopes for this place after seeing it all over Instagram and people raving about it. To say I was disappointed and quite disgusted is an understatement.
I had to wait 1.5 hours for 1 meal, as well as others on my table. No apology was offered, no one came over to let us know how much longer it would be. After TWO HOURS, two of the girls on my table still hadn’t received their meals. We communicated this to the waitress (mind you there was ONE waitress catering to 30 people at this event) who seemed to have no ide about the remaining dishes. She then went and spoke to the manager ‘Amnah’ who simply glared over at our table, didn’t come over to even offer an explanation, compensation, an apology - nothing. The waitress came back and simply said “can I have your account details to refund you for the meals you haven’t received” and that was it.
The manager Amnah after this didn’t come to apologise or even explain how this had happened, despite walking past our table numerous times.
I relayed my disappointment to the waitress and asked her to pass on this feedback to the manager that I was extremely upset with this service and I did see her relaying it to her, and then of course the manager simply packed her stuff and went home - not even a sorry!
The food on the other hand - so not worth the price you pay. Pasta rubbery and hard, gnocchi like mashed potato, chicken Bao undercooked.
If you can’t handle a function with that many people then DONT ACCEPT BOOKINGS JUST FOR MONEY!
A bit of integrity and common courtesy goes a long way! I’ve never been so shocked at such appalling service before.

Diners who prefer a quintessential dinner immediately after their afternoon tea can go for their new specialties including Chicken and Eggplant roulade, Roasted Lamb Shoulder, Ricotta and Spinach Ravioli, Garlic Pepper Prawns.

It can’t get any more value-for-money with the set tier entree at just $19pp. Inspired by variety, the set includes local favorites of different cuisines.like pita bread and whipped cod roe, Arancini and Caprese and Chicken bao and beef Sambousek on the third tier.

If you’re not in the mood for just tea, you can choose from a range of fruit-driven mocktails. Their Pina Colada is delicious and to die forrr?
Desserts are a hard choice here, The flavours here are truly one of a kind, and a far cry from run-off-the-mill tea sets. Hazelnut Mille Feuile was my favourite and done so well, achieving that perfect balance between moisture and density.
And if you find yourself debating between the belgian waffle or sticky date pudding just get both. ️

I accompanied my mum to this fine dining 14th century inspired huh tea cafe and I must say it was the nicest high tea I’ve ever been too keep at it and inshallah in the future you guys are more successful love it keep on going haters are gonna hate but they don’t know the finer things in life.

I love the place i visited with my wife, the food was amazing and served as specified to staff.scones took little time to come for my wife however the service covers it.the best part was when i asked the lady regards to menu the way she said that she is new and will confirm the best for us, and used the appropriate words to explain everything very kindly and calmly, will definitely go back nice place great staff yum food

This is a highly recommended family owned establishment. Great location easy transport access. Sparkingly clean. Friendly helpful staff. Lots of glass and mirrors to allow plenty of natural lighting.

Fabulous aesthetics, internal decoration and table setting. Pretty matching China refreshing tea selection. Great variety menu from Mediteranean to Fusion. My husband enjoyed the Maple beef strips - very special subsitute for bacon. Delicious delicate well balanced taste of food presentation.

This was discovered by our daughters. We had a wonderful Autumn lunch.

I recently visited the Third tier in Brunswick and couldnt help falling in love with their aesthetic interior and afternoon tea vibes.

We had their Sapphire and Diamond high tea selection and completely blown away with the cakes, scones and sandwiches.

If you are a fan of afternoon tea and brunch like me, this venue is a perfect choice

Not very accommodating with dietary requirements - very plain chopped egg and avocado sandwiches. These options came out 15 minutes after the regular options were brought to the table to go cold. Bottomless tea would have been fantastic if they had remembered to bring out the next pot that was requested. Sweet option for dietary requirements did not arrive with their food. We had to request this, and the scones were then made from scratch which took at least 40 minutes. Service was sub par

Super cute and cosy tea room with a lovely selection of high tea tiers you can choose from. Their scones are amazing – so soft and fluffy! And really enjoyed their mini sandwiches and bottomless pots of tea.

Amazing experience, calm ambience, and most importantly, delicious food.

If I could give feedback, possibly rethink the preparation of the tables. Would be nice to have an extra knife for the dessert, and an extra little spoon for the tea.

Nice decor. Sandwiches and bao was dry and not fresh and soft. Recommend the hazelnut mille feuille and arancini.

Very long wait for food (1.5 hrs) food was nice, coffee was hit and miss. Extremely noisy, as there was a large party in attendance. Very cold, asked to be moved away from drafty doorway, was told no. Offered to turn the heater on, which did not help, then someone came and turned it off.

Wish I could say I loved the place but the experience of planning an event with the staff was the worst I’d ever encountered. I honestly cannot understand how a business is run so poorly. I was told multiple conflicting information regarding to timing of the event, the deposit (I was given incorrect account details for the deposit over email and also was told I could pay 20% over the phone by one employee and then told it was 50% by another) as well as policy around cancellation of attendees and payment. Again I was told over the phone that I could cancel at any time given the amount of people attending and not even advised of the 24hr cancellation policy and then told another story on the day. Booking policy isn’t clear when the staff are saying conflicting things- owner clearly needs to revise their policy with the staff so that they are ALL aware of it and on the same page. It was quite honestly the most frustrating experience which could have been avoided with experienced staff and sympathetic management who are ultimately responsible for them. However what I encountered was management who did not once apologize and was rude and condescending. Food was served an hour after guests arrived and definitely not worth the amount paid. Wouldn’t recommend at all.

Great selection of menu. Big varieties of tea or coffee if that suits better. Lovely table settings, beautiful teapots & crockery. Very attentive staff, nothing was to much trouble. A great experience.

While the food is AMAZING, the service is super slow. 2 hours slow. Some staff were snappy at times. No one cleared the dishes from tables, offered water (we had to keep asking) and when we ordered tea, after almost 3 hours of waiting (we ate in between ordering) we had to ask them. There were 8 of us

I was impressed by the Good variety of food options and blown away by the attention to detail of the shops decor. If you want to go out some where for a small intimate outing or a larger booking this place is the one.

I had the pleasure of having a family celebration at this elegant venue and I must say, my experience was like no other! Management was friendly, respectful and on the ball in terms of catering to my every request. On the day itself, our tables were beautifully decorated and we were greeted and seated like royalty. The staff were attentive and constantly checked in to make sure things were going smoothly. Food was a gastronomic delight, sweet, savoury tickling and satisfying the palate. Coffee and tea was the finest. Ambience was out of this world. It’s was a marvellous retreat away from reality and excellent pampering. Will definitely repeat my visits monthly for this pampering session. Kudos and congratulations to a fine staff, excellent management for understanding your customers and their needs to perfection.

Recently visited and was blown away by the whole experience. Not only was all the food delicious and presented beautifully but the whole venue itself was magical! I honestly felt like I was in a fairytale

I was lucky enough to try the Diamond Tier and if you are looking for an excuse to treat yourself or have a special occasion to celebrate I definitely recommend booking a high tea here, you will 100% not regret it

I loved this place. Staff simply know what they are doing, friendly, professional and smiling all the time. The food was very good and to my surprise at a very fair price.the design of the place is like an old school royal cafe but in a very clean new way.vey impressed.

This place barely gets two stars.
Arrived and our booking was nowhere to be found, I showed them both confirmations on my email and they looked stumped. We were hurriedly seated to obviously a table that wasn’t set up for us.
Where do I begin. The wait staff were nice enough but very inexperienced In their skills, my coffee took ages to come and wasn’t the greatest it was all foam and no coffee, the tea came immediately go figure. No-one came to ask if everything was okay during the almost two hours we were there and no one came to ask if we wanted anything else. Dishes were piling up on our table and it was very uncomfortable, only when I started to rearrange things did someone come over and removed some items. Chairs where being lifted close to our heads as they had a booking down the back, one would think it would have been set up already and not trying to squeeze past us whilst eating.
When we received out selection we were missing desserts that were clearly listed on the menu in front of us, we hadn’t noticed initially only towards the end.
The fillings were very scant to say the least and lacked flavour, the bread slightly dry and appeared not fresh, it would have been nice if we were advised that they used chilling in two of the items but hey we were not.
The kitchen was exposed and not what you would want to be seated next to when having Diamond high tea service @$70 per person.
For me this was a very unsatisfactory experience, I wanted to treat my daughters but left deflated.
I can’t and wouldn’t recommend going to this place.
