Beautiful place! Food was great, service was fast and friendly. Atmosphere was comfortable. Will go again

Staff are nice and the the facility itself is pleasant to the eye and well maintained, but unfortunately once again, which seems to be somewhat of a trend with places like this, the clientele are boarder line animals.

Thanks to them, places like these are quite depressing places to be. I liken it to something of a zoo.

Lots of options here, from the irish pub to the sports bar, great steak house an a credible family restaurant.

Good sports bar, big screen for first round of the footy. Raffles thursday nights, jackpot has swollen to 32 slabs.

I spend more time here at the pokies than i do with the kids back home. I constantly get cucked by dragon cash but all in all it's good stuff, the pot noodle they sell will keep you smacking for hours.

Carlton dry tastes and smell like rotten eggs not drinkable. Service great, tab great, bar service great. Pizzas great

Changed quite a lot since last time I was there years ago. Food and service was good though in the Bistro

Came on the 21st dec for end of year work party. Ordered food at 12.30, still waiting at 3.15. Staff had no idea where our meals are. Can't find our order. Have been saying " they are coming for over an hour and a half. Half of our people left because they couldn't wait for there meal.

We are at The Grazier restaurant within the hotel. Very good food, large serves and a good wine list. Also a wide selection of beers on tap

We went there for an private engagement party and it was perfect, staff were freindly and obliging and the room looked amazing would definatley recommend it for private functions.it was also the first time i had ever been to the stamford.i would like to return when I'm down that way and see what else is going on.the website and specials look too good to miss out on.

The only difference was the Graziers Grill House. It was a step up from the standard bistro service giving it resturant feel.
The rib eye and baked potatoe where really nice and the beer. I drank frothy (matilda bay) beer and a red wine (heathcote region).
Definitely a 4 star meal.

Well. It took over an hour for three parmas to come out, with salad instead of veggies on two. The veggies were cold anyway. Parma evidently microwaved, since the cheese was cooked onto the plate. Chips cold toom peas obviously from last night and microwaved. Wont go back for food but atleast the coke was fizzy.
