NOT ACCEPTABLE

I cashed a Ticket for Just over $1,000/- at the cash dispenser
I waited till the Dispenser stopped dispensing and collected the $50/- bills and the coins when I returned to another slot machine I thought it was a bit light and discovered that was only $500/- I immediately went to the cashier’s window and explained what had taken place

Shortly after the manager questioned me and took my Name and phone number and drivers license number details
. I was informed that he would look into it and call me the next day Saturday 12/08/2023 as I had no response I went to the venue and spoke with another lady manager who advised me that the cash dispenser would be checked on Monday 14/08/2023 and that someone would call me
At 7.00 I called the venue again as I had no response what so ever and the member of staff who answered the phone told me that all the managers had gone home and that he would leave a message for them to call me
I now live in hope that a common courtesy would prevail
I am not holding my breath anymore in fear of suffocating

Please wait for the next chapter in this saga it will get very interesting

Since the above post the staff member who was my first contact phoned me and explained the length he had gone to which I accepted

I concede that I was wrong in my assumption and apologise for the inconvenience

How ever if communication was better I would not have posted a review
I will not suggest how you resolve your staff communication skills but wish you every success in your business

Disappointed with my experience. Ordered 12 meals, confirmed with cashier that 12 had been ordered but only 8 received. 2 kids meals and 2 mains missing and after querying 15 minutes later kids meals arrived still missing 2 mains which arrived a further 15 minutes later. Everyone else had finished before these meals arrived. Over the years we’ve had good experiences but probably more not so good. Probably won’t be back. Shame because we live locally.

We dined tonight in Grill House for my father inlaws birthday. Everything was lovely besides the baked potato that seemed it had been in the bain maire all day. But our steaks were perfect and service was wonderful. Our server Harrison was fantastic, knowledgeable and very well mannered.

It's always so clean and friendly there. Ive visited a few times and it was lovely food with a great atmosphere

Food was nice but kicked out half way through a birthday dinner due to a next sitting of people however they neglected to tell us about this when we booked! I am understanding of COVID restrictions but tell people when they book! Poor communication and poor management! Will go somewhere were they appreciate our patronage.

Very nice place. We booked a table. Good service food came quickly. I had fish and chips daughter had the calamari. Friends had the Aussie burger and the roast of the day. Nice atmosphere the lady who ran the restaurant very nice and efficient. Will come again.

Hard to find anything good to say. Steak tough, wrong parma, soggy chips, nice bar person but couldnt seem to get drinks right, food ordering till staff member distracted and disinterested.

First time there didn't eat just went to have a look around in the pokies for a minute not bad little bit on the small side but not bad

Went to an "engagement" here & was impressed with the venue. Never been here until then & will be back.

Quite a good place if you don't want to spend too much on groceries. Cost less than coles and safeway. Not as much range though. But good none the less

Whilst we were there on a 30 degree day for a funeral function in one of the function rooms the air conditioning was a lot to be desired. The food catered by The Stamford was absolutely amazing as were all the staff that we interacted with.

Steak house. Mothers day dinner for 12.perfect dinner, meals were great, staff lovely, nice cocktail menu also. Thankyou for a lovely night celebrating our mothers!

Went to Stamford for a friends birthday lunch Sunday. Apparently there was a basketball tournament near by and lots of people had arrived for lunch so was busy. Meant was noisy but staff were great helpful and did well. Food arrived reasonably without too much wait. I ordered the Roast Lamb was really fab.

We visited on the evening of Anzac Day last week.

We started with saganaki that was a generous serve but was way overcooked and burnt/dry.

Both of us ordered steaks medium rare. I ordered the grazier rump and my wife ordered the 200g medallion. They both arrived and had a very strange texture as if they had been sous vide and a taste as if each had been broiled. They did have char marks also but certainly seemed not to have been cooked that way with flaky texture on the meat and no taste at all In both cases.

We asked if they had been cooked on the grill and the waitress said was certain they had but that she would head off and check with the chef but we didn't hear back.

My rump also was almost caked with pepper to the point where it was inedible.

The service was great but we were very disappointed with the steaks as they not at all even fair standard.

I wouldn't normally provide such a low rating of only one meal was a problem but when it was all three dishes we preferred I thought it isn't very good.

Eaten in the family Bistro, large capacity, basic pub food. Menu changes rarely but the specials are weekly. Food is generally good, service can be stretched when busy but basic order & wait deal. Can head to the bar to order drinks in the meantime. Good children's playground with camera monitoring connected to the side, sso kid friendly.

I had a Greek salad, there was a good looking waiter though lmao. If the waiter with all the tattoos ever sees this rb to this

Ate in the Steakhouse. Service great, atmosphere good and food was amazing. Loved the baked potato with the porterhouse steak.

Four of us had dinner at The Grazier Restaurant last night and all four steaks were cooked perfectly. The staff were friendly and attentive particularly Olivia who looked after our table. Lovely atmosphere, great food & quality service. See you again soon

Spent the whole afternoon here in the bar after a funeral the service at the bar was terrible the young girl serving was so rude and disinterested it was a joke she was watching married at 1st site everytime I went to get a drink. Most of the people in the bar were telling me this is normal I just shake my head in disbelief

Family bistro was great. Staff were friendly and when a ordering issue occurred one staff went above and beyond to resolve it.very happy to eat here. Mushroom risotto hit the spot.
