The Sporting Globe Bar & Grill

My experience at sporting globe has always been very efficient and polite. Food always comes at an exceptional speed, and the taste is sensational. And for the drinks, they are creative and there is a huge variety. The service from the staff there was always very friendly and welcoming. Definitely will be returning many many more times.

First time going and was amazing, got served by a young fellow by the name of Massi and he was great. Food was out quick, Massi came back to check on us later make sure everything was great. It was speedy and good food. Am definitely coming back again.

Incredibly good service and beautiful staff! The bartender Shadae and the man that took our order, Massi, were both incredibly amazing!

Tried the Coco Pash Margarita cocktail on recommendation from the very helpful and friendly young Bar Lady/Mgr. The balance of the flavours was just perfect. I had to order another to make sure it was the same second time round! I was not disappointed! Delicious.

Dropped in today for a quick delectable feed, was served by the wonderful young lad Massi, whom provided everything necessary and ensured my demands were adequately met. Would love to come back again, not even for the feed, but just for that handsome young man serving me.

The owner sat us down; she was very hospitable & welcoming.
I always get the habanero wings, never disappoints. The service is consistent.
I gave 4/5 because the cheeseburger loaded fries were not *really* loaded. They were skimpy with the toppings…unlike fountain gate. The FG branch covered the fries with a generous portion of beef patties, cheese & condiments. It was almost the same ratio as the fries.
We weren’t going to send it back, I don’t like throwing delicious food away. So we ate it!

Good starters but make sure you go when they’re quiet… otherwise 1 person out of 2 will get their food and finish it then the second persons food come after.
I went last night with my partner and we ordered at 8, and the starter came after my partner’s food.once he finished his food half hour later mine came so I asked for takeaway box so we can make it to our movie…
Overall, starters are very nice, wraps need sauce and salt…

Look I’ve been to a fair few sporting globes in my time, but Doncaster has got to be one of the finest sporting globes I’ve been to. The food… to die for… so good I had to bring my wife and kids down for a meal and some beers. And wowee the service! Never have I been treated so well, one kid in particular went above and beyond, I believe his name was Harry, he was able to solve any issues I had and was a funny chap to. Definitely would recommend the sporting globe Doncaster!

Had never been there, but wanted to support a local. Called in hours earlier, booked a booth for 4 and was confirmed for 4. Get there, and was told we couldn't have the booth as their policy was we had to have 6 for a booth. I was a little blind sided and we would have happily obliged and taken another seat rather than make it uncomfortable for them and us. However, their reaction when i asked why we werent advised that we didnt qualify for a booth at the time of booking caught me by surprise. Ordinarily, you'd think there would be some kind of empathy, maybe even an apology for any inconvenience caused, it was a mistake to accept it etc etc and we would have taken a seat anywhere. Rather the host made it awkward, didnt own the mistake, were stone cold with an 'is it what it is' approach. After we asked for their name we were told to leave as the male manager flipped and began to swear. We hadnt set out on Sat night to have a confrontation with anyone, we decided to support local and we chose their premises, we just wanted to watch the footy, have a meal and a beer. Respectfully, we left the premises and will never ever ever return again. Ill never support rude people. Real shame, unfortunately i cant recommend this place due to my horrific experience, the rudeness and the lack of customer service my friends and i encountered.

I’m sorry to say that the porterhouse steak was awful. Ordered medium and we got something that made a slab of red gum more palatable. Dry beyond belief and a grizzle filled cut of awful meat. A steak inside a nuclear fission reactor would be less cooked.
Cheeseburger was very average too.
Staff were spending more time talking than attending to customers. No cutlery in booths or even offered. I had to grab it from other tables.
Every other TSG I’ve been to has been brilliant. Doncaster you need to lift your game.

Disgraceful! Made a booking for dinner 8.30pm. We were earlier than this time, and the rude bartender, who claimed to be the manager, told us kitchen closed? !
WT? He was rude and I am appalled. Why did they take the booking in the first place? !
No customer service skills at all!
If there was a NO star I would have chosen that. Keep away from Doncaster Sporting Globe!

Brayden Z was the best! Service was amazing and can't wait to see what he does next. Very happy.

Parma wasn’t up to standard but service from Brayden Z was fantastic. The service will make me return to this Resturant.

Absolutely magnificent venue! Great customer service with a large menu on offer! The cocktail jugs were brilliant as was all the food we ordered which came out incredibly quick! Highly recommended!

Great food and environment for some dinner and a few drinks.

Great atmosphere and very tasty parmas. The location on top of the Westfield is pretty convenient to get to.

Wow, Brayden Z and C has been incredible! There service has been perfect! Would highly recommend coming!
