Good place for having a cheap beer and a nice feed. Plenty of TVs to view various sports. Happy Hour 5 - 7pm has cheap beers on tap. Has booths and tables. It was almost full when we attended so was noisy with xmas crowds having a good time. Very good place for groups to have fun. The booths muffled the noise. Usually not crowded so would be relatively quieter normally. Still a good place for eating and drinking. Friendly staff and relatively quick to get your order. Food was a bit long coming but with the crowd was entirely acceptable. Give it a try for a relaxing meal and drinks.

Food is decent, but the service is appalling. Plates were literally thrown on the table, and had to tell the waiter that's his service is rude and its not ok.

Had my 18th birthday party here and it was amazing! The food was so good and the staff were so friendly and amazing! Huge thanks to Aloi for being so friendly and accommodating when planning the party! Would highly recommend this place if you want good food, drinks and service! 10/10 would do again

Celebrated my children's 18th and 21st birthdays in the function room, it was absolutely wonderful.
The food was delicious, the staff where very accommodating and friendly.
Huge thank you to Aloi the functions manager on making the night a huge success. Would definitely be back with future events.

Today me and a bunch of mates came here to eat & watch the ufc. Over the past year, the prices have been going higher & the food quality is been consistently dropping. I couldn't believe when the chicken parma I ordered came out & was dry and small! I thought I ordered the kids version but no the waitress confirmed this is a actual size. Very disappointing. They also have now started charging an online processing fee but do not provide an option to pay in-store! What a stitch-up!

Later on today, we came back after getting coffee from outside, and the apparent 'venue manager' was very rude to our group when we were being respectful and she rudely told us to leave with no explanation. What kind of pathetic human does TSG employ? I believe we were specifically targeted due to our race as she didn't talk to anyone else like this. Ridiculous

Overall I would not recommend going here as the food has gone very downhill, they force us to order tomato sauce through the app (and it takes over 10minutes) charge online fees with no option to pay in-store, horrible service from the venue manager & especially the food quality has gone so downhill.

I have been here a few times and always had good and friendly service.
Harry has served me a few times and he has a very pleasant personality and always a smile.
There is plenty of room with various seating areas some with tables, some with a sofa and some with chairs.
Food is varied, good and quick and the bar service is efficient with good coffee.

Been here twice now, food is borderline canteen food. Plenty of other better pub type food places. Service and atmosphere is good, id mainly come for half price pints, not the food and just to drink and chill with mates.

Bought an MVP Parma, chicken tasted sour/tangy, one bite made me feel violently ill. Was offered a replacement meal but next to no apology nor was a refund given, considering the chicken was clearly of poor standard and definitely a health risk if more was eaten a refund should have been given. Spend $37 on a COCKTAIL jug to receive a jug that tasted like raspberry lemonade and no other flavours and a 1 measly lime wedge as a garnish, not to mention the $37 cocktail jug was served in a BEER JUG and not a cocktail jug. Extremely disappointed and won’t be returning nor will I be recommending it to other people to try.

Our meals came out at different times. The ribs and chicken parmigiana were apparently good, whilst the steak was tough and over cooked.

Poor customer service, food was absolutely rubbish, definitely not going back there, Do NOT RECOMMEND, don’t waste your money!

Ebony provided us with fantastic service, very enthusiastic and had a great personality which shine throughout the night

Served by Massi, provided efficient and elegant service towards me and my father who is 90 yrs old. Very polite and helped with every inquiry I had.

Food was GREAT! Ordered a Chicken Crunch Burger and it was delicious. Was provided great table service by Massi.
