Great place to stay, very clean, and close to all the places to eat. Very, very pleasant staff, Sarah was so accommodating and very welcoming. The pool was a welcome relief after a morning shopping. Love the tables and chairs out the front of each room and the bigger table to share a drink with friends. Highly recommend, very affordable and quality bedding. Thanks for a wonderful stay. Jo

We recently stayed at the Settlement Historic Hotel for our end of season cricket trip. The staff were incredibly friendly and easy to deal with especially the lovely Sarah. I'm aware that we were pretty rowdy throughout the weekend and cannot thank the staff and hotel enough for how tolerant they were towards our group. Overall it was an amazing weekend with lots of shenanigans.

This place was amazing and the manager, Paul, provided an exceptional level service to make me feel comfortable, relaxed and I really felt like home. The place was walking distance to all the necessities such as Coles, Subway etc. The manager is also an active, spontaneous and a very friendly an enthusiastic person who always helps and even if he doesn’t have an answer for a question, he tends to search and provides important details, which was amazing and should be much appreciated. This is a remarkable place in Echuca and highly satisfied seriously and I thank the managers and the staff. Even when I visit Echuca, this place will be one of my top priorities. I took my 2 teenagers and younger daughter with me to stay one night here and it was comfortable easy and close to the pool, loved our stay here! Also the staff were very helpful and are very kind-hearted people. I definitely want to stay here again

We stayed for a week. Room clean, bed super comfy. Air con awesome, kept room super nice and cold. Nice relaxed atmosphere. We took our old dog, which was great. Paul the manager was great, super nice and friendly. Our TV was playing up and he changed it to a new. I came with a broken ankle with a wheelchair and crutches, Paul made sure I was in an easy accessible room close to a ramp. Has a pool although I couldn’t swim a lot of people were enjoying it. Will definitely stay there again. Thanks again Paul for everything.

We stayed in the Settlement Motel in Echuca and the owner/manager Paul was the most helpful person who went above and beyond to help us out after our booking didnt go through with Expedia and the motel was booked out. Paul found us a place to stay for the first night and then we could stay at the Settlement for the rest of our stay. The motel itself was very clean and had all you could need. The location was very central and able to get to town easily by car or walk. Thank you again Paul for everything greatly appreciated.

I’ve slept on softer concrete than the beds in this establishment. Would’ve been lovely if the pool didn’t give me hypothermia and the walls are so soundproof it feels like someone’s in your room with a megaphone

Great affordable accommodation. Clean, cosy rooms that have a homey feel. Perfect overnight stay.

The pet friendly room allocated was very tired and not clean - a big concern during the pandemic, curtains ripped and falling off the window, insufficient crockery and no additional bedding for what was a cold night written Feedback about these matters were given but nil response from the management. Reception closes early and doesn’t open until 9am. Very disappointing and unsatisfactory experience.

Very convenient location, lovely friendly staff, and the rooms very comfortable, well equipped, and reasonably priced when booking direct. Happy to return again soon. So much to see and do in beautiful Echuca.

Stayed in one of the family rooms. Had a pretty big issue with the cleanliness issues of our room and the pool. I discussed these issues to the front desk lady, who was lovely. I was given a full refund for my experience and therefore I am happy with the outcome. Good location.

Awesome front desk top notch customer service. Problem was resolved overnight and we were given another room while ot was fixed. Brilliant staff, very clean and comfortable rooms, plenty of whatever you need. Quiet, great value and location. Thanks Nicole so much for taking care of 'the old ducks'.

Could not speak more highly of this spot. Looking at last minute pet friendly accommodation and we found it. Staff were amazing, so helpful and went above and beyond when there was a small room booking issue.
Will be back for sure!
