Modern, clean, comfortable and friendly helpful staff. Great location close to beach with a beautiful swimming pool.

Nice big rooms and friendly staff.
Can be a bit noisy and the bathrooms are a bit weird.

But, overall a great stay!

Stayed here 4 nights staff were amazing especially Ashlee and Robin meals were delicious room had a great view over the water overall would definitely stay here again. Thanks to all

Hotel was good but they dint return back my bond money and blaming the bank for holding the payment and refuse to show the tax invoice for the booking.

It’s been 8 months and it’s annoying and disgusting. Seems like They doing some money fraud.

Please if possible contact us because we need our bond.

Beautiful location, close to the beach, great food nearby and in house. Great pool with spa and awesome to have an attached thirsty camel! Close to some amazing wineries.
The room was great, spacious but the bed sheets felt like butchers paper and the bathroom door was a bit large and obnoxious/in the way. Would've preferred a bit more privacy/lock for the bathroom.
Overall, would definitely recommend!

The room was clean, unfortunately we couldn't use the spa, it was't clean.
A bit pricey, I would say.

We went to the pub because they had a Tesla charger which wasn’t working and now reading other reviews hasn’t been for a while. Food was average at best. Atmosphere and staff the same. Not a busy night but just lacked character, no one seemed attentive. Hopefully they’ll pick up.

We stayed at the One Four Nelson Hotel and we were already very happy with our stay but what really made it way way better is that we left behind a very expensive personal item Nd the staff did everything to help us getting it back.
I must say, I travel a lot and honesty like this is very hard to find.

Beautiful room overlooking the beach with a huge bathroom. Very friendly staff. We ate in the hotel both nights, great food too. A great first trip after covid restrictions.
