Absolutely the best place! Most supportive atmosphere where you’re always able to be yourself no matter what! If I’m not at work I’m generally living at TPR! Anyone whose ever wanted to give it a go should definitely check them out! I’ve never been so in love with fitness pole, silks, Lyra, conditioning and all the dance classes! Love the TPR family to bits. Thanks for creating a warm, welcoming and inviting atmosphere for us all ️
I joined the pole room in January 2021 and to say it has changed my life is an understatement.
From the moment I walked into the studio I felt welcome and loved.
The teachers and other students lift you up and make you feel like you can do anything, pole has made me a happier and more confident version of myself and I couldn't be more grateful to be apart of the TPR tribe.
If joining pole has ever crossed your mind you should absolutely join, I promise you it'll be the best decision you ever make
Love TPR Mitcham, it has all the aerial classes there and big pole rooms, and the receptionist is so so lovely

Amazing pole studio with wonderful teachers! Beautifully laid out with plenty of room between poles, a lovely clean and welcoming studio. They have also offered online classes during 2020 quarantine which means we can still access their fab classes whilst at home. Brilliant!
The teachers are all amazing, really friendly and helpful. I feel at home there, it’s like I’m exercising with my mates. We egg each other on, we encourage each other and have a laugh. I love that I can do aerial classes at the pole room, the aerial silks is my favourite.
I have been coming to The Pole Room for a year now, it’s best the thing I have ever done. Everything about it is just awesome. It’s such a friendly, supportive environment. Thanks for being the best:)
An amazing and fun environment with SUPER friendly staff. Have been pole dancing here for almost 3 months and I love it!
Be very careful before trying aeriel. It's not for everybody.
I tried one beginners class back it in April/May in 2019 and I am still suffering from shouder pain. The teacher I had was very inexperiened. She did not give the right guidance that a beginner requires.

Ha my first class of pole ever at the pole room last night. Teachers made me feel welcome. Went through the ruitine at a quick pase yet felt I had learnt a lot in the hour I was there. Gigi is full of energy and really fun! Had a great experience and will be back. Thank you! Xxx
