The Pancake Parlour Doncaster

Came here on Friday night at 8.30pm and was surprisingly packed. Had to wait around 15 mins to get a seat. The atmosphere was good, great place if you want somewhere to hang as it's 247.

Just bought the $5 cottage fries special takeaway, Frid 28th May 7: 15 pm. Disgusting! Black, charred and burnt beyond any recognition. What kind of service is this?

Service was good. Staff was so wonderful, polite and lovely. However, just sad to notice that the restaurant manager was rude to the staff. This shows how much management value there employees. Poor thing for a big restaurant chain like Pancake Parlour!

Had a fantastic experience as always at Pancake Parlour - the pancakes stacks are amazing and the sides provide with a nice savoury hit. One bit of feedback though would be to train all staff on the differences between Gluten Free and Vegan, as we had to (again) send several items back as they were vegan dishes instead of the GF that we ordered.

Mali is an organised person and she was very patient handling a big group of people taking orders and dealing with the kids. Thank you so much for a good breakfast

Friendly and attentive staff.food was nice and prices ok. Felt comfortable and relaxed just hanging out with my daughter having a treat. Well done!

They've revamped a bit, vibrant colourful mugs, adapted to #covid19, no more signature maple syrup jar, comes in plastic container, salt & pepper shaker. More or less the same menu, however their pancakes are still one of the best in the business.

Very good chain store and can provide gluten-free meals, plus it is open late at night, which is convenient for people who can come at any time.

Just a matter that we have to wait for a long time for the staff to serve us when we sat on a hidden table.

Average pancakes service poor and surprised to be charged a mother's day surcharge of $7.22 and my mother was not with me!

We noticed one of the young male waiters a couple of tables over was wiping his nose with his hand and continues to take there order so hopefully he wased his hands before bringing everyone's food, other than that, friendly staff.

Went for breakfast. Fantastic and very attentive customer service despite slow coffee the staff were very apologetic and kept us informed of its progress all the way. Will return again on next trip to Melbourne.

Very friendly and attentive staff, especially for the late-night hours. The waitress with the dark-coloured pixie cut went above and beyond. The food was delicious and well presented. Would come back again.

Ordered Tiramisu pancakes and Traditional breakfast for dinner on Wednesday. Redeemed our loyalty points for the Tiramisu pancakes, and had a voucher for the Traditional breakfast for 12.00 AUD. There is no surcharge for Card payments.

Everything on the Traditional breakfast was cooked to perfection. Literally nothing else could go wrong with what was on the plate (eggs, bacon, pancakes, and maple syrup). Eat them in any combination and it can not taste bad.

The Tiramisu pancakes were extremely mouthwatering. Had all the flavors of Tiramisu that you would expect and the texture of a pancake dish. They delivered what was ordered; Walk the Talk.

The staff were very friendly, helpful, and attentive. The space were huge and socially distancing was strictly enforced. Two thumbs up! Would definitely be back again.

Can't go wrong with pancakes:). Took a little longer than usual but the food was good. Be sure to check the site for daily offers. Got a nice friday offer.:)

It’s really bad service, we are Deaf, waiters haven’t experienced with Deaf customers. We ordered with pointed on a menu. But they made everything mistake. I ordered iced coffee but not came until after my meal. I asked for 3 times then finally arrived but nothing apologies or compensation to offer iced coffee for free. We were happy with Glen Waverley but no way in Doncaster!

Great food and atmosphere but always hard to get staffs attention when seated in not so obvious areas and takes time to order

Ordered Banana berry kick with hot drink for my kids, instead we were served with a hot chocolate and was charged extra without informing. Called the resturant to raise a complaint but I was told by Alex that these are the correct charges and they havent charged any extra.
How can you charge a customer extra without informing?

This visit was generally what you would expect from the Pancake Parlour except on this occasion the service was a little slow. Also, the first cup of coffee was not nice however the second one was better. They must have brewed another pot.

Food was great, decent sized portions unlike some other pancake parlours.service was fast despite the place being busy. Fairly happy.
