We went to Pancake Parlour today for breakfast as our daughter had received a voucher from school as an award. Service was extremely slow and it took forever before we were able to grab the attention of a young female waitress. There was no smile or warmth when she came to our table. We were a table of 5, two of which were kids. After placing the order for the kids, she immediately asked if that was all to which I said no as there are 5 of us. She kept asking if that was all after every order. I found this to be quite rude as she made us feel like we were such an inconvenience. To top it off, the food was very average yet pricey! We will not be going back there again for sure!

We are regular diners at the pancake parlor as it is a really great place for lunch with my elderly mum. It’s accessible for those with disabilities- tables aren’t squashed together so it’s easy to navigate the dining area and even though it’s very child friendly it is not overly noisy. Food is delicious and service is exceptional. Special thanks to Theresa who manages the dining area with efficiency, friendliness and professionalism. My mum suffers from dementia and Theresa has been so considerate and helpful with assisting with any special needs and dietary concerns. Highly recommend.

My son loves the train that come out in the hour… food is great, I’ve been going since I was a kid.and when I was younger and dumber… was originally the only place to get food and coffee on the way home from a night out …

Honestly the pricing is absurd
21 dollars for 3 pancakes? The food was good but not worth the money and the portions were way too small. Left feeling just as hungry as i was when i walked in.

Came here at midnight for dessert because the local dessert shops had either closed or well full. SO GLAD because honestly had a banger of a meal! Made use of their winter offer? And got a list of pancakes for the big group including CHEESE Pancakes! Our bestest discovery! Their raspberry and rhubarb pancakes were phenomenal as well!

Awesome pancakes served by an excellent team of courteous staff. Loved the below 10 deg deal. Nice ambience and plenty of free parking. 24H open on weekends. Certainly visiting again.

Decent enough. A good selection of pancakes avaliable for your choosing and they have a surprisingly wide range of non-pancake options. They will take a long time to order your food even if they're not very busy, and it is not very cheap as well considering the portion sizes.

I was travelling in the area for work just over a fortnight ago, and was happy to find out your Parlour is open 24-hours. Thought I could save some money on accommodation and sit it out at your establishment, but was rudely woken up and asked to leave after nodding off in one of the booths.

Came here for the first time alone on a date with my S/O. Have been with family in the past for birthdays which is always a good time. Staff were super nice and attentive, food was good as always, bit pricey depending on how much you’re willing to spend on a meal but worth it imo for the quality. Great aesthetics of the place too

Great place for sweet tooth or just wanting to have a feed with some mates.

Great Atmosphere, comfy seats with good customer service.

I’ve ordered the Chocolate Jubilee regular stacks 1/2 Pint Swiss Mountain Malt Chocolate and taste great- food is always at high standards I’m happy, but portions have dropped recently.

The downside is the prices. You’ll need pay quite abit to feel satisfied. Back then prices where affordable, now you’ll think, “ Is that enough or should I get more? Or get maccas after this. ”

As a family we often go to your restaurant and we especially miss our pancakes, so we decided to give takeaway a try. Thankyou so much for the service it was ready on time and was a great experience. Will be definately trying this more often.

Got takeaway for the first time. Stone cold and cheese slapped on top. Pancake flat and tasted horrible. Couldn't finish it. Salad had two slices of cucumber and NO radish. A tiny hand of salad. Shame on you Doncaster pancake parlour

Really impressed with the management here who approached a table of middle-aged men who were clearly making a female staff member feel uncomfortable and disrespected. Great to see management calling this behaviour out and sending the message that there is no place for this anywhere, let alone a woman’s workplace.

Terrible service, was lied to by wait staff about deals and then charged full price. Never going back. Don't recommend.

Love the pancakes but for the 3rd time in a row the takeaway service was appalling. The staff are friendly and try their best to keep everyone happy but it looks like the problem is with understaffing and their ordering system. I hope they improve because i do like their pancakes.

The staff are always nice, and the atmosphere is wonderful. But the pancakes were rather cold by the time they got to us this visit. They were still tasty though.

Not great service, app is clunky and the ordering doesn't work properly, causing issues with items ordered in the kitchen. Staff seem unsure a out a lot of things.
The place gets quite packed and noisy also.
Pancakes are nice, but very overpriced for what you get. Try using as many deals as you can.
They do cater for vegan, vegetarian and gluten free.
Wouldn't be my first choice to go for a night out or dessert.
