The staff at the gaming area are by far the worse in terms of customer service and need pronto coaching!

I witnessed a senior lady getting verbally abused by a staff member and I intervened only to witness further abusing and degradation.

I wouldn’t recommend the venue to anyone!

From Interstate and was made feel very welcome. Venue excellent staff brilliant and even had a win.
