The Palms Bingo and Club

I won at bingo and they didn’t pay my winnings. The supervisor was very rude and unprofessional. I wouldn’t recommend anyone go to bingo here

Not good I don’t get what I ordered frozen fish not fresh fried not grilled. Totally different from menu.in gaming venue if you don’t have 20 cents change you can’t get a cup of cafe! They are not only after your Dollar but you’re pocket change!
My second poor experience with ‘The Palms’ management first was three years ago: They handled a few problems in an unprofessional way. The management needs to boost its PR. To me, they're only interested in collecting their big profit, without investing back into how to deal with the people. Hope that will be a wake-up call for them. We are the one's keeping you in business. You should be nicer dealing with us.

I used to love the palms bingo but i don't go anymore. Unless you can afford to pay for a PET machine you have no chance. Same 4 people won a good 90% of the games, they all had the machines. They don't even make their PETs affordable to the average person so you have a chance. It's no longer a game of luck but what you can pay out to guarantee a win. Makes the night very disappointing and not enjoyable

Stopped in for a quick bite not realising it wasn't a hotel but a gaming room.
Must say the snacks available were ok, with a glass of wine was sufficient.

Was a great bingo and I was a regular for 25 years. Terrible bingo since the machines came into play. A couple won 15 of the 45 games. Spoke to the girl at the office and she was so rude and told me if I didn’t like don’t come back. So I never went back.

Friendly staff. Prizes are not very big but I would say that's because they have a low amount of players/customers. So I recommend grabbing a bunch of friends and going. This will boost their customer numbers and eventually will reflect on their prizes. I enjoyed it. Nice atmosphere and its smaller in size compared to the huge mega bingo centres (which are very competitive)

Gambling place would be the correct term. Bingo in one section and pokies in the other.
Restaurant is also here and cafe type food also available.

One of the last remaining pokie venues with a real ATM. The variety of machines are older. Very limited new games. Staff friendly. Plenty of parking.

Seen this had bistro banner / flag outside otherwise we wouldn't have gone in, not being local to the area we wasn't sure if meals were available. But what a suprise we got, we were sitting in an area by ourself either we were late to tea or people just haven't discovered the bistro here yet. Cheap meals but not lacking for quality. The garlic bread was fantastic one of the best i have had for a while. We both got steak and it was cooked as requested. Only downside would of been only normal gravy available. The bistro guy was great, he was friendly and welcoming. The staff as a whole were lovely. The center was busy i think it may have been a bingo time? Also has a lot of pokie machines. (I forgot to get picture of steak before i started eating)

Has a nice Bar if you like to have a quite drink also have a few poker machines if you like to try your luck.

Small Asian girl rude to customers & has no idea what a 'few minutes' walk is. Said ATM just up the road. 3pmins later.still no freakn ATM

Venue is positioned in a weird way that makes the wait usually more than a couple of minutes.
As for the bingo, it's insanely expensive and people buy upwards of 40 books per game.

The one redeeming factor is the staff, they're mostly friendly, except for a few.

Last night I believe I may have dropped or left my phone somewhere in the gaming room. With panic as a normal human I assumed it was gone or the place forgot or pushed it aside. But here that didn’t happen and I was really surprised. The palms is really safe I enjoy going there and leaving. I just want to thank the staff member who called my family in regard to my lost phone unfortunately I didn’t get a name, I’ve never seen a place with such care, common sense and loyalty.

Last time I went I found the chairs and tables arrangement uncomfortable, I'm short and my back was aching, gave me anxiety. Couldn't wait till it was over.

Love this place, tons of car space. We had meal at the Bistro, nice Calamari and Parma. Reasonable priced.

Good prizes and great location. Bring your own food or risk being spoken to like a child by security for taking latte glasses to the bingo hall from the club AND don't risk eating the food at the hall.worst quality food I've ever seen

You get the feeling they don't want you in the venue. No smiles, no customer service. Obviously just after the dollars in the pokies. Disappointed
