The Palms

Second time there! Not a big musical fan, drinks watered down, very expensive for what they are! Seats hard, mixing desk engineers need to come sit in the audience a few times to understand that music is louder than vocals! Only because of Birthday girl is why I went!

Went to the Legend’s show at the Palms loved the show but very disappointed at crammed seating with the booth tickets.jammed in like sardines! Never noticed seating like this at other performances I’ve been to.not sure I’ll rush back again

Saw 1927 at Crown. Loved everything. The seat and table. The view. The bucket of champagne to avoid the wait. Went dancing at Crown after the show. Another live band. Looking forward to the next one

Good venue although seating can be quite tight and squishy. Would be great if seats were more spacious in the booths. Fantastic ambience.

Great place for entertainment! No matter where you book a seat, you will get a great view. Try it out, you will love it!

Very nice venue with booths with comfortable seats great sounds and great views of the stage.

Extremely poor service at the bar. Very poor management. Staff not well trained, slow, didn't listen, made mistakes and then wouldn't give me what I asked for as it was all too difficult. So I received an inferior product when I would have paid more for what I wanted. Other than that, the venue was great

First timers at this venue to see our adored #HSCC @hindleystreetcountryclub, a band that made @dictatorDan insane lockdowns and homeschooling (4) kids tolerable. Great sound; bar access; friendly staff. A little squishy with our chairs pointing the wrong way on a heavily trafficked aisle: we know better for next time. Thanks Con & the Club - great night!

Enjoyed our show. The Palms is a nice venue. Its not massive inside which I liked. We had our own 2 seater table.

Great venue, great seats you get a great view of stage. We saw Ben Portsmouth Elvis inpersonater and he was great and the sound was awesome.

First visit yesterday, fabulous venue, floor staff amazing, need more Toilets and more POS for the bars, staff were not prepared for the interval, didn't even have champagne glasses or ice to serve ready when everyone rushed out. There was no rush at all by the staff who were so slow in filling orders.

A great place for a night out. Plenty of entertainment for all tastes. On the menu for me was John Williamson. Awesome.

Been here for quite a few shows, i always book the tables near the balconies as i find it people get crammed in like sardines on the couches and then seats in front of them again. With the tables you have a full clear view, recommend booking them over the couches or aisles

The seats are placed far too close had almost a lap dance from the lady seating beside me wich was so uncomfortable that she end up leaving half way trough

Never enough toilets.

Waited 45 min for drinks to arrive they didnt table scaned and paided had to then leave the show to go to the bar and get them our selves missed a lot of the show due to poor service provided very dissapointing.

The Palms at Crown is an amazing venue to watch a show. I'd also like to thank Paul from the Palms team who went above and beyond to assist me.

Me and two mates went to see HSCC perform. The band and the sounds were fantastic, but the seating arrangement were rubbish. It was a rip-off. There was no common sense put in by the organisers in this area.

Lovely room with decent sound on the night, and it's nice to be able to order from the table. The QR codes could be a little bigger though.
