23A beautiful studio space with a warm and welcoming team! I was very nervous before my first class but Lauren and Tash were so welcoming. They made me feel right at home in the studio. Pole is a great way to exercise while building self confidence.
I started with little to no fitness and chronic shoulder pain from an old injury that just didn't agree with other forms of exercise I had previously tried. I am now completely pain free and am the strongest I've been my entire life. This studio is passionate about strength, conditioning, biomechanics/technique & safety, which, in conjunction with it's friendly, inclusive and supportive team of instructors, really sets it apart.
Gorgeous studio, such knowledgeable instructors! They make you feel right at home from the beginning! Pole dancing, stretch & gym all at once!
