Great studio, good vibes and amazing teachers! Just started a few months ago and already love doing pole. Highly recommend this studio

Are you a little lonely? Do you hate exercise, but know that you should do it because it's good for you? Do you live in burbs and think there is nowhere cool near you? Allow me to introduce you to The Nest.

The Nest Studio is hands down one of the best places for pole classes. When I first started, I really had no idea what to expect. Starting in the beginner class, everyone was a little apprehensive and unsure of the whole thing. But after about lesson three, I knew I had found a second home. Everyone, both instructors and students, are incredibly supportive. Everyone genuinely cares about your wellbeing and just wants to see you feel good in your own skin, and doing your thing. I've been to other studios where no one talks to each other.it's weird.

Every instructor has a different style which is fab. You can really attend the class that makes the most sense for your style of learning.

I sometimes have to catch myself when I'm in class, how lucky am I to be here, surrounded by super sexy strong people. It's seriously the greatest place. Everyone cheers each other on, and pushes you to be your best self!

If you're new to pole, or just wanting a community that feels inclusive, and respectful, and caring, you've got to try a class at The Nest.

The Nest is such a lovely pole studio! All the instructors are amazing and I always feel really strong after every session? I always look forward to my classes because it was just well-balanced, great conditioning, detailed teaching and they’re very caring towards each student and our individual progress so I was able to really improve while I was there. I miss them so much?

The first pole studio I went to and it has been nothing short of an incredible experience and just a super supportive atmosphere every time I go there. The instructors are all so supportive and each has their own area of expertise for you to improve in, and the other students who attend are all really lovely and always there or cheer on successes and support through challenges.

I love The Nest, I’ve been a student for just over a year and the teachers are all so amazing, lovely and talented, and I’ve made so many great friends at the studio, the whole place is a real vibe highly recommend!

I love this studio so much sometimes it feels like I live there. The environment is so special. Incredibly supportive and positive atmosphere for all types of people. All body types, all genders, all ages (adults only ofc) and all fitness levels. Joining the Nest is like joining a family

I've been at the nest since october 2021 and ever since my first lesson there, i've felt welcomed and at home! The owners Tash and Lauren work very hard to create a nurturing and supportive environment, taking time to learn everyone's names and remembering details about our pole progress.all the teachers are amazing and know how to create a safe environment to learn!
the community at the nest, both teachers and students, are so sweet and supportive.classmates cheer each other on and celebrate each others' successes, so friends can be made here super easily.it's a very wholesome space that has impacted my life for the better, i can't recommend the nest enough if you're looking to start pole or dance (or even to just make new friends)!

I can not speak highly enough of The Nest Pole Studio. While I was there I felt that the owners and staff are promoting body positivity while nurturing their students with a very structured curriculum that ensures that they build their strength to enable them to be strong, healthy, capable people with good self esteems. Thank you for the breath of fresh air.

Unable to communicate with anyone through the channels told. Constantly ignored messages. Paid for a 10 week term, was unable to attend 3 classes and told them with heaps of notice as they assured me I could make them up. Never got back to me. Refunded me 2 classes then told me I couldn’t return after week 8. Paid for 8 weeks could only attend 5. Terrible service and communication about change of times etc. Also not a trauma informed practice and you don’t work both sides of the body evenly. Recommend to no one. No community vibe, such a disappointing experience and waste of money.

This place is like a second home! Always feel comfortable there with a supportive group of teachers and peers. I love coming here to learn something that I have grown to love as well. The studio is safe, welcoming, comfortable and is so worth it. Definitely recommend!

The new studio is very clean and tastefully outcitted with super friendly staff. My instructor is willing to adjust moves to suit my medical needs (with notice of course) and always gave clear instructions. Online bookings are easy to make. And during covid, the nest was great with communication so I knew what was going on.

Professionalism and support 10/10. You will not have to worry about feeling awkward and as daunting as it sounds, the team is so so supportive of you and your pole journey. Since starting, I have felt so much more confidence in myself and my mental health. Excellent instructors who are highly committed to making this business work and nurturing your growth every step of the way.

I had a 6 year break from pole and The Nest (now run by amazing girls I used to do classes with!) has reignited my love for it. My teacher is energetic and so uplifting, and there's nothing better than getting everyone in a class who are all supportive of each other and cheering everyone on. Love it here!

Great environment to be apart of! All the teachers are extremely encouraging and supportive, so if you’re joining in on your own, they make you feel extremely comfortable. All of the students are like minded and celebrate all of your little wins too! It’s a safe place for all to be apart of.
