Having first been led to an unwanted smell and obvious discolouration in some wooden stairs, we contacted the Mould Doctor to investigate. Heath came and inspected the property not only identifying mould, but further find the cause. There was extensive water damage due to improper installation of the bathroom features and a leak from the roof. He methodically detailed our property not just outside of the obvious damage but all around. The approach to remedy made sense to treat not just at the surface level but the roots of the problem. He was able to conduct his work in a timely manner and within a week acting with other tradesmen to remedy the problem coordinated a solution that has had no problems since.

We once again contacted the Mould Doctor (and requested Heath due to his fantastic hands on and personable approach) for him to inspect a second property that we believe had mould problems. Once again he methodically inspected the premises and determined that a fogging rather than drastic repairs was the appropriate solution. He and another technician treated the property (large 2 storey multi unit property) quickly and for a very reasonable price.

I could not recommend the Mould Doctor more highly thanks in particular to Heath and the team. We will be using them again if any further problems arise (which we hope won't due to their treatments). A deserved 5 star rating.

Found these guys to be very professional. Attended on time, very courteous, gave us a range of options. We took their advice and the mould problem we had, was quickly solved. The technicians we had attend on both occasions went beyond and above. Heath was a top bloke. We had rung a few other companies prior to engaging The Mould Doctor and found them all to be backyard hacks. High recommended.

Absolutely appalling service! Didn’t turn up at agreed inspection time, obviously have no time management skills. Staff working from home with babies screaming in the background. All together extremely unprofessional and would advise to find another company to actually get someone to turn up at agreed time.

I am so pleased that after 18 months I still have no sign of my mould problem returning. Your treatment worked and so did your recommendations to stop it returning. Very satisfied customer!
