I am a property manager and I could not recommend The Mould Doctor's services more highly. They are so professional and their communication is second to none making my life a lot easier. They provide excellent service, it is rare we need them to go back to a property and they don't try and squeeze every dollar as some companies do. Every single person I have dealt with has been helpful and lovely to deal with.

Lovely personnel was sent out. He educated me on everything to do with mould. I learnt so much and thanks to Mould Doctor, I can prevent damage happening to my beloved home.
They confirmed appointment times so well. And were very responsive to communication. It is refreshing to come across integrous tradies after what was a trial and error game with other companies first

After our first report being received on 18/11 we waited weeks for an appointment date, which was given 23/12. Booked in for 11/01. None of the wait times mattered considering it’s over the holiday period and clearly busy. Unfortunately after hours of moving furniture, taking down decorations and preparing for the treatment, there is still mould surrounding our windows and left in both bedrooms. Bathroom looks fantastic, but the other two rooms were overlooked.
Edited: Emma got in contact with me to rectify the issue and has suggested a revisit for tomorrow. Customer service and their accommodation to
us is hugely appreciated.

Very slow to respond. I submitted a virtual inspection report in May (which I was told would be a faster process than having the company come out to do an inspection) but have had no response since then despite follow ups to multiple staff members and via Facebook. Disappointing.

They never get back to you and will make it a very drawn out process. If you call and follow up they keep saying they will pass it on and call back in three days but you will never get your cleaning done. It has been nearly a month now since they promised to even call me to book a cleaning time let alone remove the mould. Called them about 8 times to follow up and receive no response.

Shame on these guys,
A quote to remove MOULD from the bathroom roof in excess of $2000.00 with some wiz bang air filtration system.
Already thought this was odd
Got a quote from electrodry (had to pay $30.00)
For the quote to be told is was not mould
A written certificate to state it was not mould (apparently a stain from insulation bats)
Always helps to have a second opinion

We had James come to our apartment to treat mould that had grown on the ceiling. I was dreading the appointment as I have a large number of delicate plants and I was really concerned the technician would either damage them through carelessness, or the treatment would kill them.
I also struggle when technicians/trades people come to the apartment after having items stolen in the past. But James gave stellar service. All my plants survived just fine under the fine plastic sheets I used to cover them, none were damaged, no items were stolen, and all the mould is GONE! The ceilings even look like they’ve had a fresh coat of paint!
James was super fast but extremely thorough and he gave me a real sense of confidence about the treatment.
Absolutely would use these guys again in future.

I asked the Mould Doctor Pty in Sydney to come over to do the free inspection. They were very professional, knowledgeable and explained our options well. They were not pushy at all, just very pleasant to deal with. We decided to go with them and have not regretted it at all. The areas where we had mould have cleared up very nicely.

Telephone staff unknowledgeable and rude. I asked to speak to the manager and she got the “team leader” who was the rudest person I have spoken to in a while.

After reading a lot of these reviews, some seem to be either paid or completed by someone with a personal interest in the business.

Horrible customer service, phone operators are rude and poorly manage everything. Booked an inspection over a week ago and was told I'd have to wait another 3-4 weeks to have someone come out for an URGENT call?

Try Tradesco! They are really professional, quick to respond, and an excellent alternative!

We had The Mould Dr come to our home after our son was diagnosed with leukaemia. It was very important due to his condition that our home was in pristine condition and free of any mould. The service we received with the whole experience was fantastic. The team at The Mould Dr are very professional and they did an exceptional job. I would highly recommend.

I have used this company on several occasions and have always found them to be reliable and helpful. They contact my tenants promptly and turn up on time. We have used their mould remediation service and have been happy with the outcome. Happy to recommend.
