The Mill Echuca

Was able to get a spot for New Years Eve. The staff were friendly and could not do more for us. The food was at such a high standard as were the cocktails. We will definitely be back again.

Outstanding! Wonderful venue with an excellent menu. The Drinks list is extensive with some excellent local and nearby wines, beers, etc. Staff are attentive and informative. Get into this place people, you won't be disappointed!

We had a beautiful dinner at the Mill on the weekend. We were very impressed by the romantic atmosphere, friendly staff and delicious meals. We will be back!

Dessert part should be improved in thier presentation and quality.a good entree until main serves but lose in the last part (the dessert).

Have been to The Mill twice now when visiting Echuca and we haven't been disappointed. Tha staff, ambiance and food are great.

Absolutely 10/10. Meals were incredible, tasty and presentation was out of this world. A great selection of cocktails, including the classics and a few special ones. Our waitress was super friendly, easy to get along with and very attentive - she picked up every time our drinks were empty or if our meals were finished. The atmosphere was so relaxing, we had such a great night.

Great atmosphere, great meal, with outstanding service from Aimee and Tye. Highly recommended restaurant and we will certainly return for another great experience. Well done to all the Team.

Food was absolutely amazing. Service was great. Would definitely return again. Only one thing that I think could improve is having both meals turn up together. I had my meal for 5 minutes before my wife’s turned up. Regardless though the service and meals were fantastic.

Not the cheapest place to have a meal and drink but it's a nice atmosphere with friendly staff and it's away from the normal rowdy crowd.

Great venue, amazing innovative menu & friendly staff.

The service was so slow. Took forever for the entrees to arrive then even longer for the mains. The food was nice but nothing to rave about, overpriced for what it was.

Interesting space. My partners food was excellent, albeit a very small serve considering the cost. I couldn’t get my knife into mine and the Manager/Chef? Agreed. He was gracious, offered a replacement and did not charge when the bill came. I was particularly impressed by his manner and how he approached solving the problem. It’s not unusual today to find the staff, although pleasant, are not alert and do not anticipate the needs of the customer. Also, after a wait to pay the account we had to walk over and interrupt their chat session.

Great food and service. Nice and relaxed environment, and attentive staff. I'm going to miss this place during lockdown! See you on the other side.

Ate in last year for a 60th and it was delightful, had the special menu take away (c19) and it was horrible smelt and tasted like dog food. Had the burger and it had brown lettuce in it burn from the patty. Ragu was mince and horrible. Threw it in the bin. Worst meals I have possibly ever eaten in my life.

Underwhelming and disappointing meal at the Mill. Expected Porterhouse Wagyu at $55 to be better than an average steak and to be cooked to order. Difficult to cook something as thin as a minute steak to order. And the lemon and dill mash had little favour and way too watery. Disappointing start to our visit to Echuca

The positives:

The place looks great and some decent local beers

Shareable dips were good as well.

Waitress was friendly and tried her best for her second night.

That's where it ended.

Negatives:

Meals ordered where octopus, kangaroo, Murray cod, and duck

The meals took 1 hour to come out and it wasn't.overly busy as they did have staff members standing around talking and socialising.

They where all fairly bland and serving sizes where small, not that there should have been a lot more but not as expensive.

I called up the other week for desert's and was hung up on then I tried to call back 3 time's and no answer I won't bother with them

Very disappointed the menu was different to the web site, dishes just average and over priced. Long wait in between courses and mistakes in dishes from what was ordered.
Will not be back.
