30When I first started my search for baby products as an expectant new mum of twins, I was pretty overwhelmed - until I found the memo. They have everything you need, and nothing you don't. They offer clear and concise advice on their website about each product (check out their handy lists!) ; really engaging content on their socials, and their customer service is STELLAR. Huge fan.
This place is hard to find for click and collect but such great customer service and all orders are packed so beautifully! I hope they have a shop front soon! Mina bae bags are available here!

This company is fantastic. I ordered a product and it arrived very quickly but unfortunately there was an issue with one. I emailed the team and received a response, and confirmation a replacement had been sent within an hour. Fantastic customer service. The product issue was no fault of thememo.
